Wonderful place locates in the heart of Tuscany. Exactly as described. Really clean and taken care of. Great pool and garden. We stayed in-none of the apartments, perfectly equipped for a great stay. We had simple cooking every day. Jessica is extremely nice and helpful.

As the title reads, beautiful property in a stunning location. Jessica and her family were great hosts. Our room was immaculately clean and well equipped with a fridge, TV and kettle. We were the only ones that availed ourselves of the breakfast during our stay, but it was well worth the money. Cakes, fruit tarts, bread, eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, juice and coffee all of which was delicious. I would highly recommend this property and would return in a heartbeat. Thank  you Jessica for making our stay here a memorable one.

Beautiful property in a stunning location

The room was just amazing!!! The bed was so comfortable, a hot shower with good amenities and all of this is far just 5 minutes from Pienza town. Oh, we stayed at ground floor & the room is totally disabled friendly. The entire place is stunning & the breakfast is made with some products made by themselves. We got some mishaps during our arrival at Marinello, but Jessica received us with no problem & we are so grateful for it! We hope to come back soon.

Absolutely lovely!

selfmade cake in the morning  - great cafe, a welcoming atmosphere. What do you need more? We stayed for two nights and had a great time! The pool is phenomenal with a view directly to pienza - one of the most beautiful cities we've ever seen! Clean rooms and good organisation! We would definetly come back!

Like visiting friends

We had a wonderful 2 nights here. Located at the bottom of Pienza's hilltop, the agriturismo is incredibly well kept. You will have to drive up to Pienza but we didn't find this any trouble and away from the centre are plenty of residential streets with free parking. We stayed in a few agriturismo's during our stay in Tuscany and this was definitely our favourite. The pool is very clean, as are the patio areas for each room and tables/chairs. 

The rooms are very clean. The host is fantastic. She greeted us warmly and nothing was too much trouble (giving us plates/glasses etc on the night that we ate on the property), asking if we needed the room cleaning. Her breakfast is fantastic - eggs from the farm, many homemade cakes and a variety of fruit/meats/cheeses/yoghurts. Definitely worth the extra money!

This stay was the highlight of our trip to Italy and we couldn't recommend it enough.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

When we arrived around 4pm reception was closed (even though says it’s open until 5pm), so had to phone the owner, she turned up in just 10 minutes though so not a big issue (as long as you have a mobile phone of course).
Beautifully set on a farm with landscaped grounds and a swimming pool (pool sadly not quite open for the season in late April) in the valley below Pienza. The views up to Pienza are wonderful, but you do really have to drive there as it’s 3.2km (2miles) all up hill from the accommodation. (note parking in Pienza is very limited and expensive!) The property is very quiet and tranquil.
Our room had a good quality bathroom and bed, and was clean and well kept. However, we only had a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. (no plates/dishes or cutlery). I guess if you want the room with full kitchen facilities you need to specify that when booking.
Breakfast was available for an extra cost, and although we didn’t partake it looked pretty good!
Stayed for 4 nights and it was a good base to see the splendid towns and villages of South East Tuscany from. (see itinerary of places visited in my Twitter : @fraserCambridge  )

Quiet tranquil base for exploring region

This is absolutely superb being a block of self catering  apartments set on a farm with grounds and swimming pool. Located in the valley below Pienza. The views upto and down from Pienza are breathtaking as is the whole area. Lots of small wine towns within easy driving and Pienza has lots of eating places and a small supermarket.  The staff were friendly and helpful. Do some touring , buy some wine and food,have a swim and chill out and cook and eat outside at  tables in grounds.
