I'm sorry to give such a negative judgment to this hotel, even though it's about to be renovated, I hope it's very deep and I explain why, it's not possible that at the end of September to ask for 3 people 75 pounds per person less 10% discount for the third person to have a poor service, I'd like to point out that we were regular customers and so we understood the service that the hotel offered, with 75 euros I can't stand to be told, there's no cappuccino because there's no milk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again and perhaps the last disappointment

We were guests of this one week in September. Excellent staff, both roomy and varied. Fresh food but poor quality. Outdated rooms. Managers are bad people, rude, unhelpful, mistreat both customers and staff. We go for: position and staff.

Hotel Lido Pietra Ligure

September 2019, 2 weeks. Sea view rooms with 40 degrees without ventilation, bathroom without even a shelf x support brushes or soap. Kitchens inform, mattresses with springs that torture the back. Furniture 60s, iron wire hanging cranks (from possible laundry) No chance of being able to store in cold water. At lunch and dinner, turkey chicken and pork made x pass calf or beef and other, fish pancake and tilapia and other exotic names (check on the internet), cooked so that the springs were identical for all types. Mineral water of one liter (euro 2.50 per liter) left after lunch on my exhibit table until dinner.

Disappointed after years of dating.

The hotel has very good location considering the sea. But the hotel is very old, it would need renovation, the smell is horrible. There is no aircondition in the room, no fan and downstairs near the hotel there are two noisy restaurant. So you have toforget that you open the window. It is worst than a sauna.

The hotel is practically on the waterfront, with the historic center behind it; therefore the location is excellent. The structure is typical of Liguria, the cost per night was contained for the period and the location. I can't judge the kitchen and breakfast, because we only stayed overnight, but certainly the look of the dining room was not stimulating.

Room quality/price ratio bad room not very clean, the kitchen if you can call it, it was in one of the rooms behind a tent...and I don't even know if it's normally something like that, plus booked and paid for 4 people (2 adults + 2 4 year olds) and there was not even 1 fork/knife.

Only position

I return with satisfaction every year to the Hotel Lido to spend a week at sea with my family. The premises and the owners are welcoming, the rooms are clean and equipped with TV, wi-fi, courtesy sets and clean laundry every day. The restaurant offers a wide choice of full menu of vegetables buffet, first, second and sweet. The only drawback is that in the apartments I use hotel (ideal for many families), there is neither air conditioning nor a ventilator for which in the hot weather it can be difficult to fall asleep. The ideal location: very comfortable beach and a few steps from the historic center. For what it offers, for its strategic location and compared to other hotels, the price is one of the most positive judgments.

Good value for money

Three days of relaxation! We had a really good time together! The professional staff, kind, friendly. Always available. We felt at home and... cocoa! Great food! Surely recommended!!

We've been away from this delicious hotel for over a year, but it's always nice to be back, and a certainty, as always, very kind room staff and the availability of the owners is always very appreciated, top food, thank you, a week's holiday here, Barbara Marco and Jacopo,

We stayed at this hotel the last weekend of February, the room was 55€, so we didn't expect to find a 5 star luxury, but not even such a fatiguing structure. The smell of gasoline from the heating was very strong, the uncomfortable bed, the old network hidden by a wooden table that should have made our sleep more comfortable, the structure of the bed very dated, a cooking angle that from the typology of the tiles reflects the fact that renovation work here is not done for a long time. No power supply near the bed but in other parts of the room, so to charge the cell phones we put one in the bathroom and one instead of the TV.
