Four-star hotel but with 2-star service. Dated and unmaintained structure. Moquette in poor condition both in the room and in the dining room. Very small bathroom with water jet in the shower insufficient. The second night we did not find the towels, we requested them, they were delivered to us, in quantities not enough for both of us by an indisposed and annoyed maid. In the room the safe was not present as described. Our room was positioned in the elevator that went up and down until one o'clock at night and it seems to have it inside the room itself. The restaurant room was noisy and full of unruly kids. We asked them for the second night if it was always possible to move the table to a more reserved area in the room, but we were asked to do so.

A comfotable hotel to stay in when visting Pinzolo. Good varied breakfast and spacious room in our case. Attentive staff, ready to go the extra mile. Bathroom well equipped and replenished amanities every day. We felt we were at home away from home. A true 4* accomodation.

We've been staying at the Royal Olympiad for years now, as always perfect, comfortable rooms, well-kept wellness centre and excellent location.Thanks to the great chef MARTINO who delights us always with his specialties and always available to our needs.Thanks to Silvia always kind and ready to solve every problem to our manager Emanuele and finally to our MICHELE who cooks us and satisfies every need...Now it's our second home.

Weekend with friends: we have taken a full pension and enjoyed everything from breakfast to dinner, excellent and abundant, comfortable beds, very kind and available staff, almost central position with a pleasant 10 minute walk to Pinzolo city centre, so highly recommended!!!!!

Efficiency and kindness...excellent value for money

I've been staying in this wonderful hotel for many years and what can I say, it's always sad to have to go home... From the kindness and hospitality of the staff, the waiters, the staff and, above all, the owners who with their availability, professionalism, competence and elegance always manage to meet every customer's request. The property is very beautiful and not far from the center, easily accessible with a pleasant walk... The food is excellent and abundant, from a very varied breakfast with sweet and savory, to the main meals with delicious sweets.

An unforgettable vacation in a wonderful facility!

A beautiful building, with swimming pool, spacious rooms are very clean, very good and professional waiters, excellent cuisine.

Positive sides: spacious room (two communicating rooms), possibility to bring the dog, very available staff. Negative notes (many more): poor breakfast, not exactly perfect cleaning, poor bathroom products, in general feeling of little care in everything, as if it were a bit in decline. Even the spa/pool that is nice is not monitored and, for example, a shower was broken (it was just missing the jet) and even some bricks were broken.

We're not really there.

Hotel with nice common parts but with rooms (or at least the one where I stayed) absolutely not of 4 star structure. As soon as we arrived we notice that the third bed (cloth bed) was stained. We immediately inform the reception we are proposed to change room and they show us a room in which the 3 bed was a sofa so neglected that even a shore was detached and leaning against the wall. We then decide to cover the fabric bed with napkins (which you have brought us) and to stay in the first room. On the ground there is the carpet (we have two small dogs......) amongst other things stained in a couple of points, the entrance door was stained in a good way.... the door was unstained, I had not even left the bathroom behind. I had not even complained about it in the back of the room.

Excellent hotel known for many years, excellent table service, excellent assistance from the reception in Michele's person, thank you for everything.

Arrived at this hotel for a white week organized by the school, clean and very nice rooms, delicious food and a medium-sized spa, and the Royal is also a few minutes' drive from the facilities and the staff are very nice.
