It's a nice, quiet room in the center of Piombino, a four-star hotel, breakfast is missing, but just take a couple of steps to get a bar with all the options from sweet to salty.

Comfortable downtown solution at advantageous prices

Room booked for four, arrived in the room only 1 double bed and a sofa bed closed in a chair. Contact call: second double bed not made because too bulky! In the closet they inform us that sheets have been left! No instructions to open the sofa bed! Too complex to open! Inadequate organization!

Second bed unmade!

Despite its strategic location in central Piombino and a relatively quiet area, rather than a cozy place,the idea of a former warehouse or former offices.In fact,there is a bank and other activities inside.The room, although clean, is not soundproofed and was probably taken from a former office.In short,pleasant staff but the servants should remember that they are not at home while cleaning and repairing everything.The price is definitely out of proportion for the services offered and if there is a cooking plan, they would make pots and pans available.There is the fridge, a microwave and the coffee machine but nothing.It would have the potential but it probably is not a nice figure or lacquer.

It's convenient and clean, spacious and convenient, great location, a stone's throw from the station and the center.

I found myself very well. I had a very spacious, clean double room. Perfect location, practically in the center. Great organization. I arrived on Saturday afternoon and left on Sunday morning with the reception always closed, but the safety box system to leave the keys is great.

It's a very clean room, a very convenient facility for being close to everything: the train station, the bars, the restaurants, the shops. And if you want to take a short walk and you get to the port. I stayed two nights in this facility and I emphasized the silence, the opportunity to prepare a breakfast thanks to a shared kitchen area, a boiler with tea bags in the room. The price was really affordable. Very satisfied

For three months now I have been staying in this building for work reasons. Logistically it is the top... strategically located in the center of Piombino. A few hundred meters away there is a free municipal parking lot. Apartments well built and comfortable even for long stays. Qualified staff is always ready to meet the different needs of the client.

Highly recommended

I stayed recently for 2 nights and then extended for another night. The town is lovely and this location is super central you can walk everywhere. Appt was clean and well equipped and spacious, packed for nothing.

BUT the hot water was very slow, the wifi very poor signal and the electric shutter in the bedroom would not lower completely. Shame.

Lovely set up but must try harder....

Located in the center of Piombino, a strategic point for visiting the city easily or to travel to the Elbe. The apartment where I stayed, room no. 2, is quite large, clean and complete with all comforts. Really a beautiful well-organized structure. Recommended.

Complete with comfort

We would have liked to have stayed more than one night in this beautiful apartment, because we were really impressed! Located in the center of Piombino, we had no difficulty finding parking. The host is super organized for check-in. The apartment was modern, very clean and equipped. A huge bedroom. I mean, I couldn't find a single defect in it. Satisfied!
