Absolute disgrace. Words fail to describe the filth ridden dump that this place is. The urine stained, faeces encrusted shower room was not the worst part of the nightmare we endured during our stay. The toilet facilities I can't describe, no words could. I even brushed my teeth at the airport as the basin was gull of pubic hair. Thanks easyjet for failing to find a family of 8 decent, clean accommodation after cancelling our flight. Environmental health would close this vile pit if it was in the uk.

The receptionist was very friendly and showed us to the other building, on the third floor. The whole hotel looks a bit derelict and chaotic. The floor has 5 rooms and one common bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet. The shower is orange from the fungus and there were was no toilet paper to be seen. 
The room has no airconditioning and opening a window is not a good choice because of the street noise. In any event the place is noisy with these thin cardboard walls. The shower was cold as well.

We wanted to sleep nearby the airport and we did !!! 
I hated everythig there. 

In the end we were robbed. Nobody helped us, Nobody wanted even talk with us !!!!

TRAGEDY ... in the end - I have lost mobile and wallet

Overnight stay whilst travelling through to the south with friends.  We had booked two ensuite rooms for 3 people each.  

When we arrived we were greeted by a very apologetic receptionist who informed us that the rooms we had booked were not available due to a plumbing problem. They could offer us instead rooms on the fourth floor of the building next door.  

No lift.. and no help with luggage.  

There were five rooms sharing one bathroom. The rooms had bugs splattered on the wall. Our son slept on a put -you-up which dipped considerably in the middle. Luckily we had a double bed. Our friends, however, weren't so lucky and had an old sofa bed to sleep on.  They had a nice balcony overlooking the street - with old mattresses stacked on it!  

The shared bathroom had no toilet roll (luckily we had brought our own), the plastic was falling out of the door of the shower and the shower head was laying on the floor of the shower and you had to hold it up yourself. 

My husband says he wouldn't let a cat sleep there... and he doesn't like cats. 

They did knock some money off the bill, but still too expensive for what we got.  

Receptionist was nice though and helpful with info for getting in Pisa and where to eat. 


Awful...please avoid

I write this whist sitting at Pisa Airport attempting to calm down after a night here. Having previously served in HM Forces for 10 years I thought I had hit rock bottom in places to sleep(wet and cold woods, hot and dangerous desert etc) however this place took top prize for worst HOLE slept in. 

We arrived early to drop bags in prior to going sight seeing in Pisa. We were met by the receptionist who was helpful to begin with and took out bags and told us we could book in after three o'clock. We had a day sight seeing and returned to around five o'clock. We were met by a new receptionist and another group from Britain who were checking in. She told us all we had to pay prior to our stay as that was there policy. We all didn't mind however it became clear why they did this when we were all shown our rooms.....

We were taken to this high rise apartments top floor where we were told that we would be staying. The receptionist was nice enough to tell us there was one to let between 20 or so of us as there was a problem with the other one which they couldn't sort.... We were then shown our room..... An IKEA bed and thin mattress with IKEA wardrobes and broken chair.... The room was unclean, warn, had blood smeared on the walls from bugs being killed, millions on dead mosquitos on and around the Windows..... And we were handed a large can of insect killer by the receptionist. My partner told me she was to tired to move or leave so we decided to settle and watch TV as the Siena Palio was on live at seven o'clock! On attempting to switch on the tv we noted there was only one plug and the TV needed two to work.... Went and asked the receptionist who told me the multi plug had been stolen and the never had a replacement. I asked for one from another room to be told no and there was nothing she could do! The rest of the night was a nightmare too... To warm as the roof fan didn't work, the electricity kept tripping the building mains and going off cutting the wifi..... We left at nine the following day. The other groups that stayed had the same nights sleep also had had been told they were not getting a refund! 

I plan on taking this up with BOOKING.COM ASAP as the accommodation is not fit for anything let lone people staying in it!!!!! They take the payment before as they know the wouldn't get it after staying here!!!!

Please do not stay here whatever you do. I sadly can't leave zero as the rating or it would be.
