A weekend with my sister to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and since we were just interested in having a place to sleep, we relyed on this place.

It's a nice spot

No communication at all. We set a meeting after our stay there and they were totally unresponsive. First they say it's okay to meet and then they shut off all their devices. I tried to contact them for OVER an hour without succsess! I do not recommend staying there. Overall terrible!!

No communication.

For one night in Pisa it's not the best, the room is not very clean. Dirty furniture cushions and lack of white sheets upstairs. We slept with a fancy plume covering. Also the room has no mosquito nets so with the heat, opening the windows, many mosquitoes came in. The room has no air conditioner, but only a ventilator, broken. The photos on the site are quite illusory. The only positive thing is that it's close enough to the center and you can see the Leaning Tower. The bathroom, although in common, is well equipped with soaps and phon.

Poor quality ratio price

I hope you read this before you book. 
They are not honest. We have booked a room on our way from Milano to Pisa. The request about coming 30 min later then the recommended arrival time was approved by the host at once.
20 minutes before our arrival we have got a message – no, come as it is stated on the website. 
Having made all possible and impossible, we came 7!! minutes too late and no one opened the door. We tried to reach the host by all means – whats’up, booking, bnb, message, phone – the phone was just turned off until very late evening the day after. Even the next day we have not got any message from the host, no explanations and no excuses. 
Via the customers support of booking.com we got to know that the host could come later, but for the additional payment of 15 euro p/p. We sent messages to the host asking for explanations and no answer ever received. 
The next day the host set us as “no-show” on booking website.  Point.  No more explanations or anything. They are not professionals. A shame!
They didn't want to refund our money and finally I needed to find another hostel or to sleep in the street instead of having the dinner in the heart of Pisa. 
No apologies, no manner, I cannot believe this place makes money, there are many other hostels that are more pleasant and better value for money with flexible arrival time and hospitable hosts.

Asking for more money after done the reservation and didn’t answer emails/phone/whats’up. Terrible and a complete waste!

I read bad reviews of this hotel and I don't agree. Nn is the big hotel certainly but it's not so bad and then at that price.... it's a simple apartment in a dated condominium, quite renovated 4 rooms total two bathrooms and a common area.

One night...

We only stayed in this b&b for one night (hopefully). I thought I had booked a room with a private bathroom and instead it only has bathrooms in common but this is the least problem. The room is very spacious and it smells bad. From the photos it looked a little less beautiful. Even at check-in as soon as we entered we were invaded by an absurd fish smell because someone had the happy idea of cooking fish without thinking about closing the kitchen door and the smell was everywhere even in our room. Only note the positive position because in about 20 minutes on foot you reach the center.

Not to come back

The apartment itself is good, it's new, with a terrace, two shared bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. You rent a room, which is a sauna. It has a ventilator that can barely move. The location is good. To stay here in the summer, I would never recommend it, if you have the windows closed it can be warmer than on the street at 3 pm, and if you keep them open, the change is not very noticeable and you will envy a plague of deadly mosquitoes.

Attention, this establishment is not a hotel, but an apartment to share! It consists of 4 double rooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet, and 1 kitchen with balcony overlooking the famous tower. The rooms are private, but you share the toilets and the kitchen (we only met one couple in the morning). Very well taken into account the price (55€), and the proximity to the city center (10 minutes walk) and the tower (15 minutes walk). Large free parking on the street behind the building.

Good quality to price ratio

One word, - it's a hostel and I feel fooled by edited pictures. Couldn't sleep as it was very uncomfortable and stuffy. Yes, It's a kilometer walk from the tower, but I will never think of returning there. Indeed the host was accommodating during a very late check in, but the place needs a major makeover or perhaps this is a type that people that wouldn't care about cleanliness as clogged showers can stay. Not me. Left a bitter taste on my Pisa trip.

Hostel:(

If you want to leave your suitcases a little longer, 20€ if you want to check in after 9... 13€ if you want to check out after 10... 20€ if you want to have breakfast... go get something at the supermarket three blocks away in the... they'll mail you with messages and emails to know when you arrive... and then they'll let you wait a quarter of an hour in the rain... I'm definitely not coming back!
