Very large rooms and comfortable beds, personal attention and Spanish speaking, where you can eat because it's a bar and a pub for the nights, magnificent views of the bridge and the only thing that should improve are the common bathrooms.

Perfect for one night.

Only in Tuscany they charge a double 70€ for a bad treatment.Room to say or spa without blinds,bad and very dirty common bathroom, as well as towels.

We booked this B&B for one night before going to Florence. The location is amazing - close to everything in Pisa. The room was functional but very ugly. You share the bathrooms. There are two. They were in poor condition. The worst part was not getting the breakfast in the morning. The bar was "closed". We got free drinks at the bar instead , but they didn't make up for the price we payed. Disappointed. It was ok for one night but no more. 

We didn't get the B for breakfast 

I booked a night out with relatives and when I took them to the rooms I was embarrassed of the place, unfortunately I had already paid for it. The photos on the site are misleading, the night out is bad, the cleanliness and the bathroom is bad.

It's a bad thing to avoid.

I've been with three other people, if there was a pithal, it would have been better: the bathrooms were in bad condition, the Rovigo autogrill is better! The showerbox was home to unknown life forms, full of mold and mud. We paid for a livestock service. Next time we'll come back with the petri dishes.

Cargo train baths

OK,  so to start with the only 2 positives I can think off....
1) location is excellent,  10 min stroll to the leaning tower etc and eating/bar areas and 15min stroll through the main shopping area to the train station 
2) they made the bed every morning and gave us new towels 

Now for the negatives,  of which there are many.   
1) check in - you have to check-in in the bar and it took a good 45mins to check the group of 8 in, even though we all had a copy of what rooms we had been allocated.  The owner bought down the paperwork and then passed to one of the bar servers who was very nice but didnt really have a clue, and also,  apparently we were supposed to get a complimentary drink but that never happened.
2) the towels, 2 were on the bed, one hand towel and one large towel however they were basically the material of cheap kitchen towels
3) the bedroom we were in was the double.  It wasn't the biggest and if you look through the mix match of furniture, it was OK however the floor was dirty in as much as on the 2nd day, after they had made the bed, the gym jams ended up on the floor and when I picked them up, they were covered in dust and not to be worn again 
4) the rooms were on the 2nd floor over the bar which stays open until 4am+ so if you want any sleep then forget it, with a mix of the Base going all night and everyone sitting outside drinking, it just doesn't happen
5) breakfast, you had to go to the cafe across the square and basically it was a small cup of coffee and a choice of croissants or filled rolls (if you wanted a 2nd cup you had to pay)
6) and this is the best of all.....  the shared shower rooms..... now I didn't really have a problem sharing as out of the 5 rooms in the B&B, 4 of them was us lot, but I have a problem when the shower cubicles in both shower rooms are so revolting that I wouldn't even shower a rat in them, that you had to hover over the toilets and with a mixture of the shower curtains mostly hanging off (therefore not stopping the water) and a leaky radiator + the fact that they were never cleaned during our 3 night stay, you could have a bath on the floor along with everyone's hair and soaked loo roll.

So in a nutshell,  how this place can even be calling itself a B&B is totally beyond me and I would be ashamed to advertise it as anything at this point, but what worries me more is that since at least 2015, reviews have not been that great especially when it comes to the bathroom, so clearly the owner just doesn't care and happy to rip people off.

Shocking!!!!!

Don't go. We got there at 13.30 and told to wait till 14.30 to check in, so OK we did we could not leave the case's as they would not take responsibility for them!so at 14.30 we tried to check in and that took about an hour, it got confusing as we were 4 couples who had booked 4 rooms, simple to us!!!!when we finally got in to a room it was minnimal with a shared bathroom. The room had sort of been cleaned, apart from the prievous people's travel documents and half drank bottle of water. The shared bathroom was basic, no toilet seat, shower curtain dint hang very well so when u showered u flooded the bathroom. The bathroom was not cleaned for the 4 days we were there.the rooms are above a very lively pub which does not shut till 4 in the morning, great if you won't to party all nite not good if you won't to sleep. The last thing is breakfast it's across the square in another restaurant which consisted of a coffee and croissant, as you can imagine we had breakfast there the got a propper breakfast from one of the other resturants near by. It was the only downside to our lovely visit to pisa.

I only had one night here. It was ok.
 Room was very small, but clean. Shared bathroom. 
Breakfast at the bar near - sandwich and coffee.
Location is good, in the center, near the tower, ponte di mezzo it's just across the street, also the bus station to the airoport.
There is a bar at the ground flour, opened till 4 in the morning, so either join them or choose another place if you want to go to sleep early :) 

Ok for one night

There is a flower of hostels much more comfortable than a room with a common bathroom both of which are very poorly maintained. The bathroom you can't even look at or smell, the room where we stayed was given to us as a couple but also as a single would barely be enough (to climb the double bed you could access from a single one!). When we arrived at the door to the apartment was locked and we had to leave everything open in a trembling way that they set it up (with scotch and cardboard!) while the door to the room was so stopping that it was making a little space to a little bit of a light! Every time the manager asked us where to go (they were not able to leave the back door) I think we did not know where to put the back door to the BB but we did not know where to put the back door.

It's a must to avoid.

I stayed at this b&b for three nights. I booked in haste without seeing any comments because of the imminent departure. Great location: easily reachable from the station, overlooking the harbour (spectacular room no. 3) and easily walking to all the most beautiful places in Pisa. At night the underground square is filled with young people as there are numerous premises. There is a bit of noise at night but the windows (new) filter well. Accommodation and breakfast: check in effect takes place at the bar on the ground while breakfast is at a bar in the underground square (very good).
