Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is simple and served only on specific hours, there is no access to the kitchen out of these hours. Location is quite good, 20min walk from airport, the same to the train station.

Just above the house is take-off and landing path, which generates a huge noise.

Good for one night

Positive: 
- close to the Pisa tower and some markets. 
- rooms are clean, even shared bath room
- free parking available 
Negative:
- breakfast is on a minimum level, gladly we had brought our own
- on first floor, the person lived there is not friendly and we are supposed to speak with lower volume
- 
Normal:
Flying planes are normal, as the airport is close.

You learn more when thing go wrong than when all is well.  Had to cancel and let these people know first  almost all other places gave full refund or small charge   not these people after I was told my card would not be charged just to hold it charged in full and no refund.. wow just think if i had actually stayed and complained about anything.  Please avoid at all cost.. Wow

Never went so disappointed

Very nice place- Quiet till the planes fly overhead , but still a lovely area. Rooms were clean and fresh and Valerio was lovely. Didnt' realise there was no bathroom in the bedroom (ensuite) but it didn't matter. Very helpful man. We had a very early start so left yogurts and croissant out for us. My sister and I took a walk up the road but its hard to find any shops etc Great for early flight though as only €16 in a taxi and thre in 10 mins. 

Overnight stay for early Pisa flight

We stayed here for 2 nights and found it to be very clean and tidy B & B.
You defo get what you pay for, clean rooms, staff very pleasant. 
Would highly recommend to anyone.
Only a short walk to the airport or Pisa. Taxi to and from either is 10 euro.

Great for the price

Its right on the edge of pisa airport,s runway,  good value for money,  very cooperative owner.allthough we where not given the triple room as booked on the first night but was allocated the following day.Only a walking distance from pisa airport. The aeroplanes  take off right over the  property  but as there's no  early morning  flights  so , it's not an issue. 

Value for money 

only stayed for first two nights and final one as it is at the end of the runway , okay if you go to bed at 11pm and like being woken at 6:30am by planes so low you can check the tyre tread every 20 minutes - all day.
room itself was comfortable but very basic , no kettle just a bed and ceiling fan . shared bathroom nightmare as everybody gets woken up at same time.
breakfast is a joke - cake and toast (if your lucky) help yourself and there are signs on everything , even ones telling you to wash your own dishes and not to use oven.

flight path B&B

This is a great B&B. Out of town and a 20 min walk to rail station and 15 min walk to airport departures. It couldnt be more handy.
The owner is an absolute delight - English not great but mixed with lots of good humour it all works. The place is spotlessly clean although I am not keen on shared bathrooms - there are 2 for about 6 rooms. It works and everything is ultra clean. The bedroom is basic but again very comfortable and quite large. Without any doubt I will be staying here especially if it is a very early or very late flight. 
The price is unbelievably low - check it out!!

Excellent For The Price.

Booked for proximity to airport to avoid early morning traffic out of city Centre - BIG MISTAKE!

Just awful, soulless place.  Shared bathrooms, no parking, only pizza shop nearby.

Yes it was cheap but certainly not cheerful 

Avoid at all costs.

You get what you pay for

Stopped there for the night on the way to Madrid.  Very clean place and very comfortable too. Would recommend to anyone. People there were also very helpful as well and very close to the airport. Reachable by walk .
