The hospitality and availability of Simona have been impeccable together with the rich fresh breakfasts every morning. The rooms are delicious, spacious and clean. You also welcome dogs! highly recommended!!!

Oasis on the Pistoiese hills

I apologize for not writing a review before now because people might be missing out.
Believe me this place is stunning!
It is set in the hillside above pistoia among olive groves with superb views across the valley. It is really peaceful just perfect for quiet getaway.
Apart from all that the beds were very comfortable and Simona our host just could not do enough for you. Then came breakfast. Fruit salad to start then a selection of traditional hams cheeses and bread. Then mothers home made cakes and then fresh croissants and hot drinks.
It really is a great place for a lovely quiet stay.

Amazing place

I was in this place with friends and we found the courtesy and the availability of the owner and little Walter very good. It was a very quiet place immersed in nature.

Great relaxation

The place is charming in the middle of nature, far from the noise of a city, the reception is right, the breakfast is very good, the only drawback is the access to the hostel, not indicated and complicated especially at night and on a road that is hard to drive...

I'm going to Palazzina.

We stayed in this small tourist resort, the usual kilometers from the center of Pistoia in an isolated location in the middle of beautiful nature. A well-kept house with a beautiful garden and some animals give a bucolic touch to this solution. Simona the hostess is very kind and welcoming and especially the breakfast and practically tasty for both the sweet and the salty part. The rooms are pleasantly clean.

Delicious farmhouse located a few kilometers from Pistoia

The place is immersed in the typical Tuscan nature so many olives and so much green, a small pond where some papers swim helps to make the atmosphere serene and expansive. Some mythical goats accentuate the concept of feeling in a natural and aggressive environment. The room is furnished with a very taste, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom very clean. The owner is very thoughtful and attentive to satisfy any need.

A nice vacation in a place with nature

We liked everything. Starting from the housewife, Simona, just delicious, to go to the room, well furnished and neat in detail, comfortable bathroom, good outdoor spaces to relax. I vote 10 for breakfast, to say the least delicious, prepared at the moment, with both sweet and salty dishes. A real cocktail. Not to be overlooked is the fact that the farm is on a hill so even with the heat of the past few days there was cool. I recommend using Google maps to get there otherwise it's hard to find.

This is an amazing place. We were two couples who stayed here from 1st till 8th July. The location is breathtaking with lush greenery and olive trees nearby and distant hills beyond and in spacious well kept grounds. The rooms are beautifully arranged in artistic fashion and are a good size with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are en suite, spacious and freshly fitted with great showers. The rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels. A generous, delicious breakfast is served either al fresco at the BBQ patio or indoors in the beautiful detached breakfast room.
The hosts David and Simona are lovely, a warm, exceptionally welcoming, and friendly couple. They could not have done any more to make us feel welcome. Simona was always available with a smile throughout the day and evening.
After our week we were so sad to leave. I recommend this farmhouse accommodation very, very highly. We'd love to return. Thank you for a lovely memory Simona and David, and of course their wonderful little son Walter.

Peaceful paradise

Secluded , peaceful, and charming place in the heart of Tuscany quite near Florence , Pisa and Siena. Owners nice , friendly , helpful and smiling . They say in all major European languages ​​. Standard of at least three-star . I highly recommend everyone preferring silence and nature from the crowds in a concrete hotel. I wish that being in Tuscany on business , I spend only one night. Getting a sports car can be a bit difficult .
