Camping with friendly and available owners, well-shaded squares, good restaurant, dated but always clean bathrooms, only negative note, poor reception of telephone coverage and limited Wi-Fi to the area near the reception.

Summer of 2022

The facilities are a little dated but clean and tidy, the campsite a green paradise, relaxation insured, all the staff at the bar available for every need, recommended for those who want to enjoy a refreshing holiday, thanks for next year.

Spartan camping but very welcoming

We had lunch here for Easter with friends, the cuisine is really great, octopus with excellent potatoes, vongole tongue and pistachio to try, craftsmanship sweets crusted tiramisu and even the pasture today! The strength is the tranquility of the small family-run place, the kindness and sympathy of the owners and staff, we live at the Elba and we have not stayed there but there are very nice bungalows, barbecue space and small play area for children, so the campsite is right on the sea in the sense that you cross the road and you are on the beach, so... we would recommend it!!! Especially for very nice families and for those who want to stay calm!!

Easter  in peace

In the campsite we were very well staying in a shaded plot at the end of the campsite, this is simple and quiet as we like without animation but with a ping pong area and children's games where our son enjoyed making friends with other children, clean bathrooms, the real beach is pleasant and with the calm sea the water is beautiful, very kind all the staff who work inside have also allowed us to stay until the afternoon on the day of departure, thank you for everything! for those looking for a simple and authentic place is ideal...the minimarket is not very much supplied with fresh products (at least when we have been) so I advise those who do not move with the car as having the campsite to do the shopping first!

We were very good at camping.

As the title suggests, strong points, certainly on the beach (a few tens of meters), both free and equipped. It is not a huge campsite of those super-crowded and therefore very livable. 2 restaurants including one on the beach, which also offers fish or meat grills and one more properly of the camping, which also makes pizzas.

Light and dark

Nice place but camping without any customer attention (1) no internet connection 2) bathrooms closed for bad days (3) decent bazaar except for very kind and attentive staff if it was empty in July ask her two questions

You can do more

We spent two nights in the equipped tent in Campeggio Reale. We were lucky to find availability and so we extended our holidays a little. Very happy children but also us. It is located in front of Royal Beach, a two-step walk from the charming beach of Terranera and also very close to the beach of Barbarossa. Porto Azzurro is 5 minutes away by car. All services are functional, excellent Bar at the entrance. Very available and friendly staff. Free parking is offered.

It was a great experience.

We still have to stay but the expectations are very high! Big royal campsite, we're sure you won't disappoint us. You are our best choice for this hot summer! Warm up the tent 4 places we arrive soon! 🔥 😎❤️

Royal camping in 2020

Strategic location 3 km from Porto Azzurro, by the sea, in a beautiful cliff with a beach of small rocks. We immediately liked the campsite because it is spacious, quiet and full of stunning eucalyptus. The squares are shaded and we, who stayed in the first two weeks of July in the tent, found ourselves very well. There is a restaurant bar by the sea, with an excellent kitchen at affordable prices, while the bar is ideal for a relaxing breakfast in the morning. The bathrooms are dated but functional and clean with always warm showers, and in general the whole is well cared for and maintained. We will return to another one. Anna Maria and Stefano

It's lovely quiet.

We stayed in the last week of June 2019. VANTAGGI: the campsite is directly on the sea (often at the Elba the campsites are high and you have to walk or take the car), it is well shaded, the piazzole and the mobilhome have their space delimited by a hedge, the ladies who manage it are very kind and available, you can get there any day of the week (arriving and departing from Monday we paid much less the ferry), the children's play area is small but is a nice meeting point for the kids especially thanks to the two ping pong tables. SVANTAGGI: the market is very small but 5 minutes by car near Porto Azzurito there are supermarkets, the bathing area is cleaned for the night.
