I have to make a few clarifications as I read the previous reviews: it's not true that from the apartments you can't hear the noise of the street, it depends on the location, but you just have to close the windows. The washing machine is the coffee machine we didn't have, as mentioned elsewhere. Maybe it depends on the type.

I am pleasantly forced to review a second time (which I do not do with any structure) because after years we were still impressed by the perfection of these apartments, the availability of the owners and their management, really four-star. To the cleanliness, the location and services like bicycles (which we have exploited again so much, this year with our little girl. a bicycle has a backseat) As soon as we decided to come to the brands we already knew where to go. and we will still do so in the future! there are no two without three The best place to spend the holidays in the port of Sant'Elpidio. Modern and elegant residence. Not directly on the sea but 5 minutes walk away, square better because you can't hear the noise of the railway. Detailed furnished, air conditioning in every room manually adjustable, centralized vacuum, dishwashers, espresso machine, and much more. The gentle and reliable owner. In the surrounding bars and restaurants. Supermarkets nearby. Beautiful apartment.

Top residence!!!

We stayed for a week in this beautiful residence, we chose it mainly because it was one of the few that accepted pets, we brought our cat with us (without having to leave onerous guarantees as other facilities required us). Joseph welcomed us warmly, we found a sweet tribute on our arrival.

Relaxing stay

We stayed for a week, a waterfront apartment full of all amenities, well equipped and well maintained, very kind and generous owner, excellent reception and excellent advice provided, perfect cleanliness and well-organized spaces, a five-minute walk from the conventional bathing establishment.

Holidays

It's a lovely place with all the comforts, a gentle and present owner, I'll definitely be back, modern and very clean apartments, even a terrace equipped, a kitchen like home and a washing machine and a dryer.

Holiday week

New, modern structure, doted with every comfort. Hairy friends admitted. The beach is easily accessible. The girl who welcomed us is very kind and available. Laundry available, the centralised vacuum cleaner very useful, Home and air conditioning. I don't assign 5 balls for two reasons; The location ;It is on the opposite side of a main street and very busy without pedestrian traffic lights and pedestrian lanes no one stops. Having to cross that road several times a day with a child also becomes dangerous. The second reason is the absence of a television from the side of the bed (despite the disposition). The only television we have in the apartment is the kitchen or the moment of turn towards the baby.

The living room was fantastic, the accommodation was perfect, clean, cozy and very modern and well maintained, no lack of comfort.

We stayed in this facility for a short vacation. The location is good, it is located 5 minutes walk from the sea. In the surroundings there is a toaster, a pizzeria and an excellent ice cream parlor, ideal even for take-out food. The apartments are modern, functional, equipped with every necessity. Inside the facility you can use the laundry. They are also made available to bicycles (and make them convenient considering the long bicycle track on the seaside). The owner is kind and available traffic. It is on a very practical road, but from the apartments you can hardly hear anything!
