The room would need some restyling. Good breakfast. We had a problem, brilliantly solved by moving to another higher quality facility without any overpricing.

We booked this facility months ago, we get regular confirmation.Today we try to contact the facility by phone to communicate arrival time... phone always off. We arrive continuously we call and nothing, we ring the bell nothing, at this point we contact customer support booking.com we tell and to make it short after contacting their facility etc etc etc finally the facility is closed and they didn't even know it and we are standing after losing all afternoon and all the programs we had and looking for other accommodation to stay overnight.

That's bad behavior!

If you are looking for a place away from all the noise, with a total view of the sea, then this is the right place. The structure is modern and large, offers solutions of independent environments or attached to the main structure. Rooms with large, functional windows and a large bathroom. Accommodation is guaranteed, as well as availability. The only thing that can be represented by the location is the car being away from the village. For the rest, super relaxation.

In complete relaxation

A wonderful experience immersed in a virtually unique natural setting. I was really impressed by the large relaxation area used for breakfast which, with an architectural choice open to the sea, gives endless emotions from the first morning.

A jewel nestled in the cliff

We booked a room in this facility the night before we arrived, by phone with the owner. On the phone he told me that he didn't know which room was available, room with garden or room with terrace. I replied that it wouldn't make any difference for us. On the morning of the day we arrived, I phoned again to confirm the check-in time, around 5:00 p.m. and he confirmed that it was going very well. When we arrived at the facility the lady who confusedly welcomed us, she didn't know anything about our arrival.

Great location, unattended structure

We stayed from 15 to 18 June in this facility, very nice location for those who love tranquility, perfect room and cleanliness, excellent breakfast with fresh and quality products prepared directly by Mrs. Nuccia whose kindness and availability is unparalleled.

What a lovely vacation.

I, my Jack Russell Terrier and my companion stayed from May 18 to 24 in this property in the double room that has a view to the island of the currents that say fabulous living room. Our room has a fantastic view, immersed in nature, just go out on the terrace and you have a rack where you can lay the clothes and trunks so convenient that you can use them to catch the sun. Also, you can admire from here both the Island of the currents, and the Island of Cape Passero. Very nice staff, very clean rooms, also there is a large garden that for us was fantastic having our dog who has been to run and play. Breakfast at the 'Governor' has also delighted us with its delicious apples, nutmeg and cornuts, and we definitely recommend returning to the cottages with its wonderful cornflakes, cornflakes and cornflakes.

Fantastic pet friendly hotel stay

We stayed in this property during the week of February. We had a great first impression of the room and the common areas, a large garden with an outdoor shower and car park. A quiet place about a ten-minute drive from the beach. Unfortunately right away in the room we found some problems in the shower and toilet that were not solved despite our reports. We believe that for a tourist property that proposes for that level and cost was a lack of professionalism.

Below Expectations

Very nice, clean, bright, quiet and spacious, but a little too far from the sea, only reachable by car. Given the price, I would have preferred it closer to the beaches.

That's very nice, but...

Quality/price ratio exaggerated. For what we paid, we should have had at least the professional services of height and courtesy  Unfortunately it was not so... Positive points: beautiful location, large breakfast room with large windows, quiet place away from the chaos of the center. Negative points: breakfast of low variety and quantity with questionable quality (the cornets were frozen, in 1 week we saw only 2 cakes). Internal dependence not large, with double bed obtained from the living room door and separated from a bed at the foot. Various technical problems: broken lock, very low and sliding washbasins, sliding patio axes... And with 180/euro, although they were in high season, they also made us pay your bicycle (also, I do not recommend 12x/euro) and some other facilities, including the bicycles.
