We booked the whole B&B for a week for 8 friends + a baby via air bnb, the owner is a very kind person who has made us comfortable since we booked, when we arrived at the place he was very friendly and offered us a bottle of local wine and a doll for the baby, during the stay it was always available and for nothing invasive. The structure is in good condition, inside each room is air conditioned, has a lot of green property and a fantastic swimming pool, the rooms are quite clean as the bathrooms, although there are some flaws in the common areas; in the kitchen there are some kitchen tools missing but the essential thing is there. It was definitely a positive experience, if the system deserves two or three full stones so 5 stones is worth it.

We chose the Villa Pinella for a night out due to the lack of campsites nearby during our cycling trip in September. We were very warmly received by the owner of the villa and obtained a spacious, clean double-bed room with its own bathroom. Visitors still have a large pool, a gym and a shared, well-equipped kitchen. We did not use them, however. We were eating deliciously in the local place next door, La Cantine. The next morning we were greeted by a loving and richly furnished breakfast that briefly swallowed our tongue. All in all, a very nice snack, we can only continue to enjoy the meal.

Villa Pinella is located 700 m from the small village of Precenicco, in the middle of green fields and very quiet. The 4 guest rooms are located on the top floor of the house. (The owners themselves live next door.) The rooms are attractive and have a TV and wire. 2 rooms have their own bathroom, 2 parts one that is directly accessible from the respective rooms and equipped with a light bar (!) so that the inhabitants of the other room know when the bathroom is occupied.

Restful Holidays

I stayed here during a walk from Aquileia to Genoa, room and bathroom warm and clean, excellent breakfast, with lots of variety and possibilities for sweet and salty.

Villa Pinella is the ideal solution for those like us who were a group of friends. We reserved the entire B&B and stayed only one night unfortunately, but we were able to enjoy the atmosphere that is breathed in this beautiful place. The owner Gianni, welcomes guests with warmth and durable service is always present and available for any need. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious as well as the kitchen equipped with an attached table.

We found this place on our drive back home from Trieste.
Quite and comfort just few Km from the coast. We stayed just 2 nights but we plan to come back during the summer. The owner has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the gastronomic opportunities in the neighborhood.

Fantastic B&B near Lignano
