Our fourth visit to La Villa and it excels every time. The warm welcome,the friendly staff, the fabulous rooms, the gorgeous setting and the amazing food and wines…. What’s not to like. Nicola and the team have navigated their way through difficult and sad times these last few years but have emerged triumphant and been able to enhance the La Villa experience with a wonderful Japanese garden and retreat area together with an amazing new dining area which is half out doors half indoors when the spectacular glass walls retract. The attention to detail and the expression of the concrete piles In the design is a credit to Nicola and her vision. I can see a luxury car exhibition in the future😂.
We were fortunate to be allocated the Green room which was previously an integral part of the family area and one we had always admired in the past. The layout, the setting, the views and the private terrace area all added to our enjoyment. We stayed five days this visit and each night enjoyed really wonderful food served up by friendly and knowledgable young staff and created by the super chef. Nicola is always on hand and available to enhance your stay and provide advice and suggestions for your visit. She is very friendly and makes you feel rather special without imposing on your time in any way. We could go on and on about this place but you really do need to experience it for yourself and , like us, don’t think you would be disappointed . Onwards and upwards dear Nicola 🥰🥰

A truly special place

We spent 3 evenings at this perfect countryside villa in Piedmont. The ambience and service were first rate, and the hospitality of the owner made us feel like we were welcome guests in her home. The restaurant was delicious, we happily cancelled dinner reservations elsewhere and enjoyed the chefs creations all three nights we were there. We can’t wait to return.

A treasure in Piedmont!!

We had no idea what to expect on our visit to La Villa...The reviews were great but never have been to this area before we "hoped" it would be a nice place. It was not only nice...it was a special place. We were blown away by the beauty & the vibe created by the owner & her staff. You have to be able to dial it back & relax & La Villa makes the possible. The property ...the rooms...the open space & the views ...WOW!

A great breakfast ...simple but very good lunch...excellent dinner ...great lobby bar...and the room was beautiful.

It was also a value second to none!

A great owner ( we talked for a while our 2nd night ) and a staff that was always there when needed...

What a surprise ...LOVED THIS PLACE!

Special Place

La Villa Hotel is absolutely awesome. If one wants a boutique hotel experience with great service, lodging and food, this is the place. It is tucked away in the hills of Piedmont just 20 minutes or so away from Aqui Terme, a great town to visit. The hotel served  as our hub to explore Piedmont as we visited the towns of Alba and Asti during the day as well as wineries and the Berta Grappa distillery, which is only a few minutes from the hotel. The room accommodations were spacious and tastefully decorated. The common areas of the hotel were also smartly furnished. Outdoor dining for breakfast and dinner was great. The staff and chef were extremely accommodating as my wife and I chose to keep our dinners simple with pastas, salads, grilled vegetables and dessert. The food was terrific. Kudos to Nikola and her team for providing a memorable guest experience. We will certainly return.

Hospitality at its best

Quaint, affordable and beautiful, this is a great place to visit if you're looking for an authentic italian situation.  Kind of in the "middle of nowhere" you can get way more value for your money and it's right around the parts of italy with both the best wine and food.  The staff are wonderful.

EXCELLENT

We've stayed at La Villa a number of times and got married there five years ago, we went back this year for our anniversary and it was as fabulous as ever.  Nicola made our stay really special for us and we can't wait to go back again.  The rooms are beautiful and Nicolas attention to detail is amazing.  The grounds and the pool area  overlook the stunning vineyards of Piedmont with lots of lovely small towns and hamlets to visit - Nicola has no end of recommendations - great place and a great stay.

Another wonderful stay

On our short vacation to Italy, my wife and I spent two wonderful nights at La Villa. A very nicely decorated hotel with friendly staff and excellent cuisine. The rooms are very generously furnished with an exceptionally large bathroom. The wonderful swimming pool is a great place to relax. Absolutely recommended. Many thanks to the whole team!

Absolutely amazing place!!!

There are not many hotels were the quality of the rooms and meals is matched by the personal attention from all the staff and indeed the owner, we could not have wished for a better way to spend 3 nights relaxing with our family. We highly recommend La Villa and look forward to returning next year.

An amazing stay.

Fantastic place and wonderful visit - nothing to complain at at all! Splendid view, value for money, helpful and friendly staff and owner, genuine atmosphere, great food. 

We really hope that we will get the chance to visit again! We stayed at Villa La Madonna nearby after and La Villa Hotel is slightly better in our view! High recommend.

Lovely Owner, spectacular place, homey feeling, incredibly obliged and friendly staff, amazing attention to the very detail. Top location. We highly recommend this place which will become for us a regular place to visit any from spring to autumn
