This place is amazing.  The view of the surrounding area and water is beautiful.  The room was lovely, bed was very comfortable.  Breakfast was tasty. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool and are is a great place to relax and cool off. The hosts were so friendly and helpful.  The son spoke English and gave us lots of tips for beaches and eating out. They even drove us into town a few times. The only drawback is that its further from town and taxis were pricey, but I'd still stay here again,  it's worth it.

Stayed there for 3 nights in end of June.
Warm welcome, good breakfast, good tips from the owners.
Wonderfull view , exactly like in the pictures, its breath taking!
Overall a pleasant experience.
Only minus would be noise coming from other rooms is pretty strong. At least that's how it was in that particular room where we stayed.
I would go back and stay more.

Wonderfull stay

We booked the big Studio room - it was perfect! When we arrived, my partner wondered why we only booked for 2 nights, and not for the wohle week! (Actually we already spent 7 nights at other Hotels together with our 3-year-old kid!).

The big terasse, the big garten in front of our room and the great view of the mountains and ocean makes this B&B Hotel unforgettable.

The bathroom, kitchen and the furniture are all new. The bed is also very comfortable and Long enough for big guys (till 190cm).

The breakfast is so perfect and has a big choice. Everything is prepared by the mother - the owner of the hotel, although she can not speak English and German. But her son speaks English very well and recommended us which beaches and restaurants we should go.

In fact I always prefer booking a Hotel direct on the beach, however this one on the mountain (hill) convinces us completely. 

By car we can get to the different beaches within 20 minutes, which is ok. 

On the last day we have to leave for the Airport at 6:20 am. The nice mother of the Hotel prepared the breakfast at 6:00 for us already. We are so grateful, because the reception here is just unbelievably warm. 

If we will come to Sardinien again, we will for sure come back to this B&B Hotel.

The best B&B hotel I have ever been.

I was hesitating whether I should write this review as there might be a risk that too many people would want to stay at this wonderful place and I want to save it for myself for next year... :) But here you go.
I was initially planning to stay at B&B Francy for 3 days and ended up staying for 2 weeks. A spectacular view, peaceful location, gorgeous house, and an extremely friendly and caring family of the owners. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a traditional Sardinian style. Oh, and it's probably the cleanest B&B ever I've seen. One doesn't feel like a 'client', but rather a member of the family.
I actually didn't have the car, but Francesca and Alfredo kindly provided me with a bicycle and were also ready to pick me up from the beach or elsewhere at any point. But of course it's best if you use your own transportation.
Overall, it's an amazing value for money. Oh, and don't miss the sunrise view, it's absolutely worth it!

A wonderful stay in beautiful Sardegna

Lovely picturesque home in the hillside just 10 minute drive from the centre of San Teodoro and 15min from La Cinta beach.
We booked a couple of hours before our arrival and the family were so accommodating and the place was like something you'd imagine in an old rustic Italian film. stone house with incredible views, chilled environment and the breakfast was really good! Homemade yoghurt and fresh croissants, fruit and cereals. 

RECOMMEND highly!
