A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Heating and air conditioning are available at extra cost. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a 30% deposit via bank transfer. This will not be refundable and should be paid within 5 days of the booking. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.
