I stayed at Parco Statella for 8 nights during a visit to my family. The experience was memorable and heart warming.  I felt at home there. The staff is competent, friendly and welcoming.  I would definitely stay there again and look forward to my next trip.

A memorable and pleasant stay

Excellent service. Wonderful overnight stay. I need to eat gluten free and Manuela and her staff ensured I had plenty to eat. Beautiful place. The property is well maintained and spacious. A great value.


Trip to Randazzo for Etna wine tasting 

We stayed 2 nights at this lovely place and enjoyed every minute.  It is centrally located for visiting the Northern side of Mt. Etna, historic Randazza, and visiting wineries.  Our 2 rooms were cozy and well equipped for visitors. The mattresses were very comfortable and the bedding warm. Our room included a small kitchen with a refrigerator, a stovetop and and a complement of glasses and dishes. It was all very welcoming! 
The grounds are lush and so interesting, with Molly, Dolly, and Sally the pet sheep and goat passing through every day with a morning greeting!
Mainly though, the staff was warm, welcoming, and treated us like family. With a large Italian breakfast, we were treated with grace and warm every minute of our stay.  The restaurant on the grounds was fabulous... we ate there both nights, as the first night was so wonderful, we wanted to dine again!  I would recommend this wonderful agri-tourism establishment to anyone and everyone, and will spread the word to my friends in the states!

Etna Wineries Visit

Unfortunately, we only had one night at this wonderful place. It was perfectly situated on our trip from Catania to Cefalù. We felt much welcome and had an excellent room, more like a suite. The only negative was that the restaurant wasn’t open at our visit.

Want to come back!

We stayed on this farm for one night.  Our room was very large, more of an apartment with a kitchen.  Very comfortable.  We had dinner at the restaurant which was very good.  Courses served with wine.  Breakfast the next day was also very good.  The service from all the staff was excellent.  The wine served was also excellent

Lovely stay on the farm

Very good rural accommodation (although bathroom sometimes a little cold). Very nice hosting, large garden area, quiet, with a good restaurant and a nice selection of Etna wines (they are not wine makers)

A peaceful original place to stay with good food and wines 

I was there for two nights with a group of English wine lovers to visit Etna wineries and all my clients just loved this accommodation. Comfortable rooms, familiar kindest service and welcome, good breakfast and a beautiful set. An excellent restaurant completes the offer. Strongly recommended for those who want to have an authentic Etna experience.

Excellent place to discover Mt Etna

I stayed at Parco Statella for 4 days and i must say that the service, food and the location were excellent. Looking forward to stay at Parco Statella again. hopefully in the near future. Grazie per l ospitalita, ci rivedremo di sicuro.

Excellent accomodation and restaurant

This is not the average place for the average hotel guest. If you like a swimming pool, newly renovated rooms and a "western" style cooking/breakfast, you should look away but if you are interested in a genuin experience with a more intellectual touch to your hotelvisit in Sicily, go here! Service was impeccable, when we first arrived they instantly booked a table for us at Randazzos best pizzaplace! They also changed our nights from 3 to 2 since we had underestimated the size of Siciliy and had an early flight the day after and had to stay close to Palermo instead. The rooms are airy and the place is very Italian, like a scene from the Godfather movies. It's run by a family and they are all very friendly. An extra plus for the restaurant which serves a really delicious "family meal" (I rather use this word instead of a tasting menu which they used, but it was more of a family meal) for only 35 euro. They actually served the best pasta we had on our 4-day trip. Prices for a room is ridiculously low. The minus is that if you want to go for dinner elsewhere you have to go by car which make it hard to consume wine if you are only two and also that one of our room smelled a bit smoky. Non-smoking rooms is essential year 2016.

Friendly, original and beautiful

Having organized wine tasting in Passopisciaro (Girolamo Russo and Azienda di Franchetti) we stayed at this lovely place.  Once the family home in the middle of hectares of park and forest, the conversion to accommodation was done with taste and comfort.  The sisters, Marzia, Emmanuella and Elisabetta couldn't have been more attentive of our needs.  We spent an evening diving into the history of this borgo always being watched by the mighty volcano.  Breakfast was lovely, the evening silence appreciated and the park and paths offered exercise.  The restaurant Il Veneziano offered us meals highlighting local products and even delivered to our room when we opted for an evening in, accompanied by excellent wine of course.
