The kitchen in the little house they assigned to us reminded me so much of the big house in the countryside with that green window and the fig tree outside, the stone sink, the floor and the fireplace as it once was!! A place immersed in nature, perfect for those who want to detach their minds a little from everyday life. We alternated between visits to the nearby towns and then going back in the evening to relax a little bit in the little house. Everything perfectly clean and orderly, with a super-cooked breakfast by the kids, fresh egg doughnut, etc.

Mini-holidays in the wild

If you can't live without technology or you want everything in perfect condition, then this is probably not the place for you.
If, on the other hand, you are looking for a genuine agrotourism experience at a working farm in the heart of Tuscany, with a great host whose love for what she does shining through, this is a great choice.
You may also find it with another name now, Capannacce Organic and Horse Farm.   

One with Nature

We rented the Casella apartment for three nights, including the New Year's Eve and what can I say? A magnificent place. The apartment a mix of nice and neat styles, always very warm, even though it's housed in a shed. Really cozy and equipped with everything you need, including kitchen and utensils for cooking. An excellent breakfast with homemade sweets. The girl who welcomed us very willingly left us the private number for any need. Everything around is nature. Really a magical place, including the garden. The only sin, which is not the fault of the owners but of the community, is the entrance street.

A new year in nature and beauty

...you discover that a white, dusty road takes you right into the heart of fairy tales! Podere Capannacce is an agricultural enterprise, run by Teodora and her mother, which is also characterized by the breeding of thoroughbred horses. The bushes and roots that frame the building where we stayed. A mini apartment that takes you back in time to the playful and romantic atmosphere that you breathe in thanks to the abilities of Teodora, and yes, the little great Teodora who discovered in time the taste for interior decoration! Breakfast is enriched by homemade sweets that are deliciously left in a cloth table on the table! There's nothing missing to enjoy the beauty of a place that seems to bring back in time.

And then...

If you like utter silence at night, with only crickets to lull you, in a beautiful space designed for a writer, amongst a serene farm of deeply cared-for animals, dotted with mulberry and fig trees, the latter producing delicious fruit that I picked for the first time; if you like a dedicated environment to encompassing and working with Nature, rather than destroying or eradicating it; if you like deeply humane, compassionate and committed hosts who can't do enough for you; if you like the sun setting on a garden filled with swooping house martins and cooing doves, then Capannacce is for you. An organic jewel in Tuscany

This agriturismo, immersed in the green of the Val d'Orcia, is the perfect place for those who want to free themselves from the frenzy of the city, for families with children who can play on the altalenes attached to the trees. Suitable for dogs, cyclists and walkers. The road to get there is white but practicable with any car and then... make it really worth it only for all the incredible and incredibly green landscape. The grandfather should be named himself a UNESCO heritage for his ability to tell, with a dancing Italian, the stories of the countryside. Strategic as a location to visit Siena and all the incredible villages around. More than a vacation is a unique experience of beauty, taste and tranquility.

Podere Capannacce is a very pleasant, clean, orderly and very welcoming environment. Teodora, the hostess, is very kind and attentive to the needs of her guests. The breakfast is abundant and varied, offers fresh and genuine products. In this small corner of Tuscany we have regenerated ourselves, we will definitely return!!!

MERAVIGLIOUS and FIABESCO environment

We came to this farm almost by chance but that first visit in 2016 was really a memorable experience, a break from the urban stress, an immediate relief from the daily runs. And then of course we continued to return, the experience is really worth it. The Capannacce farm thanks to the attention and the genuine reception of Teodora, the care in the details of the apartments the cleaning of the impeccable rooms but also the small touches that make you the place home (the table, the fireplace lit, tea, tea, coffee etc. and the cakes and marmalades of the same species made by Teodora, from the small whispers!) makes all the difference. After a visit to the Teodora's spaces (the fresh taste of the gardens is always recommended to us), I can certainly go back to the countryside, but if I want to go back to the countryside with all the flowers, I can't wait a day, and I can't wait a whole day, but I'm sure that my friends and friends can go back to the garden, and I can't wait a whole day, and I

A magical place... we keep coming back and we're not going to stop!

The place is a dream but the house is at the end of a track ten minutes far from San Quirico. The owner is very helpfull and nice. The house is clean and the garden is also a dream but there is no swimming pool. The perfect place for scaping of the civilization.

EXCLUSIVE for lovers of Nature, animals and a lovely environment We were with my wife for 15 days, which pleased me to enjoy night and day the singing of birds, the sounds of silence, the scents of nature.
