We paid about 160 euro for 2 nights. It's too expensive for this place!
There is a dog in the apt. It was barking. I'm OK with dogs, but some people can be allergic to dogs. She must mention the dog in the description of her b&b!
The landlady knows no English.
On the site the shared kitchen is mentioned, but when we arrived and I asked if we can use it right now to make some tea and put some food in the fridge, she rejected telling that the kitchen is not for everyone, but only for guests living in this room (she pointed at a random room). It is not true. She just mentions on ****ing that you can use tea/coffee-maker and a fridge, but in reality she just serves breakfast there and you cannot enter the kitchen any other time.
The landlady lives in the same apt and supervises you. There are house rules mentioned nowhere. According to them you have to leave the apt at 10.30 until 14.30 every day because of cleaning. We arrived late at Saturday and wanted to skip cleaning and sleep longer. But when I went to the bathroom at 10.40 there was this landlady who was grumpy and started to tell me that we are late yet and that we must go away right now. I asked her where I can brush my teeth as she occupied the sink and she told me that I can brush my teeth in the BIDET! And all the time she was standing there and watching. And when I finished she told me mockingly "You are welcome!" Such a humiliation! 
When we came after cleaning all our belongings that we left in the suitcase and on the chair were put in the wardrobe. First, I don't want anyone digging in my clothes. Second, we left them like this on purpose, because we stayed for two days only and didn't want to unpack the whole suitcase and then to waste time packing it back.
When I wrote the review on ****ing telling what our stay was like, she commented that we smoked in the room and put cigarette ends in her flowers on the balcony and because of it they died. But, 1) we didn't even know there was a balcony, hence never went there, 2) it was february and her flowers should have been already dead because she left them outside, 3) we went to smoke downstairs and every time we intended to leave the apt for a smoke she went out of her room asking where are we going and why and when we come back etc. When I wrote a review on ***gle she commented that we've never been to her b&b. XD 
She writes a loooong blaming answer on every negative review and accuses people to be liers, vandals, noisy, rude etc., but herself invents stories about her guests. In her evil responses you can read that that guest took shower for an hour and a half (Really? How does she know? Is she noting time of each guest taking shower?), these guests were occupying shower, giggling and "having nice time" (Is she eavesdropping? Or maybe there is a camera in the shower? Because if she is on her part of the flat with a door closed it's impossible to see or hear which guests are in the shower, for how long and what they are doing there)... 
If you hate people and want them to obey your ridiculous rules don't open a b&b, just apply for a job in a penitentiary. Because for money I pay I want respect, privacy, right to use shared kitchen and shared bathroom (facilities mentioned in the description as available and shared with other guests) as long as I want and any time I want (if it doesn't affect other guests).
I don't advise you to choose this poor b&b, look for something else for this price!
