Grosse Arnaque!!! Nice apartment but briefly housekeeping!! Wifi not functional!! Parking not present!! And 25 € housekeeping charged for a stay of 1 night!!! I recommend this place because the rental price for housekeeping fees you can find hotels much nicer and more luxurious!!!!

I had the bad idea of sending acquaintances to this b&b which is located on the first floor of a seemingly quiet condo.

Watch the car.

It took a few steps to get there from the train, bus and taxi, but when they arrived, the owners were very kind and immediately put at our disposal, for the room was very nice and cozy and clean.

The adventure

The two owners are kind and caring, they recommended everything we needed to visit the exhibition, reach it and return to the B&B. I highly recommend it.

Two days at the Expo.

The reception room is spacious and clean, the location near Expo is so close that it can also be reached on foot (about 2.5 km). Unfortunately regarding any meals there are not many services nearby (pizzeries, restaurants) but only a small kiosk to buy sandwiches.

Eighth

Our experience here was absolutely terrible. 

1. NO AIR CONDITIONING - It was 37 degrees Celcius in Milan and there was no air conditioning. Super uncomfortable. I honestly had to move my mattress to the floor to reduce the heat. 
2. My "bed" was more similar to an army cot than a bed.
3. The reviews say the owners speak English and they very clearly DO NOT. 
4. The EXPO fairgrounds are 3 km away, and you cannot walk because there is no sidewalk there. There is a bus that can take you to EXPO/the closest Metro, but you need to buy your tickets in advance. You CANNOT buy them on the bus. The store where you buy the tickets is closed from 12 - 4:30 pm so you cannot purchase tickets/take the bus anywhere during that time. We ended up spending so much money on cabs that the cheap rooms are not even worth it. (Cab to EXPO was about 25 Euro, each way)
5. I had to unplug my room lamp in order to charge my phone because there were no available outlets.
6. The b&b is in an apartment building. This means that the neighbours are residents of the apartment and much more noisy. It is also gated, and our family was only given one key to building (we all had room keys). So, if we split up, the ones without the building key could not get back on the premises. Unlike the convenience of walking into a hotel.
7. Because it is not a hotel, there is no one on the premises to answer your questions, call you a cab, or help you out at all. 
8. Bathrooms were private but not attached to the bedrooms. 

Just save yourself the trouble and get a hotel on the Metro line.

TERRIBLE

The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere, the courtesy and the availability of the manager, which makes this B&B a good choice. However, the rooms are made from an apartment, so the soundproofing is affected.

Beautiful B&B where hospitality and courtesy come first!! Very kind and available owners!! Maximum comfort and cleanliness, rich buffet for breakfast suitable for everyone, available also the gluten free restaurant!!

The top!

This option was attracted by its affordability in terms of price (compared to regular hotels - during the time of the furniture exhibition, all hotels in Milan and the suburbs of Milan are very much in demand), the exhibition is located in the suburbs of Milan, in Ro, and is very tired of travelling by bus far from the center of Milan. So this year I have been specifically looking at the option of walking to the exhibition. This option is convenient in terms of price (compared to the usual hotels - during the period of the furniture exhibition, all hotels in Milan and the suburbs are very much in demand), the bus is located near the exit, transport infrastructure, food stores, buses and buses. Don't forget to call the bus. This is a direct route to the address of the apartment at the front of the bus station, where the bus station is located, so you can get to the address of the apartment at the front of the bus station, where you'll find the bathroom at the front of the bathroom, the bathroom at the bathroom at the front of the bathroom, the kitchen at the entrance to the bathroom,

Excellent price-quality ratio, convenient to visit the exhibition.

It's a place I recommend, the spacious apartment, clean and modern décor, three double-bed rooms, living sofa-bed, two modern bathrooms, wifi, parking, equipped kitchen. Very nice and quiet....
