Beautiful small (only 3 rooms) very clean and quite place to stay when visiting La Spezia area and the Cinque Terre

Family house in the village of Riccò del Golfo just 20 minutes drive from the city with only 3 bed rooms.
Hospitality of the mother and her daughter was beyond expectation all they did during our stay was checking if everything was OK and if we need something.

Rooms are very comfortable with bathrooms TV and wireless internet, the place is nicely designed with touch of good Italian style. 

Breakfast was really good and fresh with homemade rolls, bread and pastries.

Beautiful scenery inside the National Park, very cozy and homey - actually a family who turned their house into a B&B -, just a quarter away from La Spezia and the trains to Cinque Terre! The people there made us feel like we're part of their family....

In the heart of the mountain!

This was one of the loveliest B&B’s I’ve ever stayed at and an incredible value for the price.  The style was not antique, but modern.  The room was pretty and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had many details of design and function.  The decoration was elegant, but not over-the-top.  The bed was extremely comfortable.  Although we were right next to the breakfast area, I didn't hear a sound in the morning.  The property itself is a lovely, large building with a giant, peaceful garden in the back.  There was secure parking on site.  There was very good, fresh coffee available round the clock, and the breakfast was very nice.

While the B&B itself is beautiful, what really made our stay special was the host family.  They basically planned our Cinque Terre stay for us.  They sent us to Portovenere, which was not highlighted in the tour books I saw, but which was a gorgeous, quaint town we enjoyed much more than the other Cinque Terre towns.  The family saw that my parents had limited mobility, and knew Cinque Terre would be a big problem for us to get around. Portovenere was perfect.  They also recommended a small, local restaurant that serves a traditional local dish (sorry I forgot the name). It was definitely the least touristy and one of the most delicious meals we had during 2 weeks in Italy.

One tip is that the entrance to the B&B is very easy to miss. But Ricco di Golfo is a tiny town, so drive slowly down the road, and you’ll find it.  It’s worth it.  Also, a couple of the staff are deaf, so don’t be put off if you call out to someone and they ignore you.  They are not ignoring you, just put yourself in their line of sight.

An absolute jem.

Nice, freshly build house with garden. Great rooms. Everything made almost perfect. Good noise isolation in the rooms. Perfect air-condition location in the room (and it's quiet). Good bed, matress and pillows. Nicely decorated bathroom with window.Friendly owners. 

Worth spending 30 mins drive from sea. 

Not the best breakfast but 4 out of 5. 

Please consider that it's located 20km away from main tourist places.  
Easy to find if you know that it's next house to local police station (carabineri)
