We stayed from 5 to 20 August. The hotel is located at San Giuliano (quiet location) and close to the panoramic wheel (5 minutes taking the boat that connects to the lighthouse). Cozy and familiar environment, such as the kitchen (breakfast and dinner) Small room (the bed was honestly a bit hard and the TV was positioned very high) but still complete with everything like the bathroom. Always available and cozy.

Quiet and familiar

Arrived and left, dirty room, tiny room, indecent bathroom and not even the door was closed, no shower table, no reception, uncommon food, we stayed for an hour and putting the hood back we ran away... highly recommended... and to think we had already been there years before and it wasn't bad.

Depressing

We were assigned a room on the third floor, the bathroom was almost inaccessible because the ceiling height did not allow us to use the toilet except for seating. The phon was broken; the TV was disconnected and placed on a desk. Breakfast was at the limit, a 6/10...the brioches were finished and the stuffed biscuits expired (so much so that we reported the fact to the waiter). Good homemade cakes cut in a small format. Very courteous staff!

Easy stay

It's nice as a hotel, breakfast is good for three stars, cakes are very good, but the mattresses are tough, the location is very good, it's a 5/10 minute walk from the premises, the staff is very kind.

Not bad.

Clean hotel, satisfactory reception service, with friendly staff, difficulty finding parking in the norm, (as in all seaside places, usually the interior parking does not satisfy all the beds), unique neo, breakfast was scheduled from 8 to 10, although if I had come down at 9.25 everything had been removed.

I've known this hotel for 40 years, first run by parents and now run by children, clean rooms with sea views, genuine food with two menus to choose from, buffet breakfast with homemade desserts,

Holidays

I stayed for a very short period from August 22 to 24, visiting some family members on holiday in San Giuliano, overnight and breakfast. The very kind owner, excellent and abundant breakfast, the homemade cakes really delicious. The only thing: the bathroom was a little small, but the room was always neat and very clean! A special thought to the young daughter of the owner, Emma, who with her sweet smile and her exquisite kindness made the stay even more pleasant for Maria. Thank you all!

I stayed with 2 other friends at this hotel after attending the pier street parade in Rimini. The hotel does not look bad even though it is not very recent. Good reception and also good staff availability. Being a cheap choice I obviously did not expect luxury, but I must say that everything needed was there and worked.

We stayed in this hotel x 2 nights, pink night period, we were 4 and we got 2 double rooms. Friendly and available staff, the owner provided us with a lot of information. The rooms are unfortunately not very big, and in the room where my parents stayed the bathroom was very small, and the shower was very narrow, there was not even the shower plate. Another bad thing about the mattresses, hard and uncomfortable! What for the cleaning, very clean rooms! Breakfast and meals in the average, not quite the maximum coffee machine. Overall we found ourselves well.

Very clean, very friendly and very friendly staff have spoiled us all the time of our stay... and finally great food with lots of choice of infinite portions... we will definitely be back!!!
