I recently ran a trip to Italy for my lacrosse team and we chose to stay at hotel Santiago. For the whole trip the staff were extremely freindly and accommodating, they are genuinely lovely people. The rooms were clean and as expected. The bathrooms were surprisingly spacious with excellent showers. Our room also came with a large balcony. Breakfast was fresh every morning. As an added bonus, there was a reasonably priced bar which served excellent coffee. 10/10 all round
