I stayed with a friend in this very characteristic apartment for the 1st of May bridge. The furnishings are perfectly in harmony with the maritime spirit of the place and I found them very pretty, there is a kitchen and everything you need to run in the kitchen, the bathroom is a little sacrificed as it is very small and low, but for a few days you can fly over..the very good position practically very close to the train station, ultra comfortable half x turn five...I would recommend the land as accommodation has everything you need for a good holiday 😊

The location is perfectly close to the sea, shops and restaurants, spacious, well-equipped and clean apartment, small terrace for breakfast, single bathroom, very small shower square, and little equipped to place toiletries.

Ideal location

Stayed over for 5 nights in green room. Room was arranged for our late checkin. Antonella stopped by next morning for explaining the room and schedules of transportation.
Location is quite good and price is decent but there is no other pros. AC was not working/ only fan-visited in june so nights were hot (and this was a reason to select the room), room wasn't cleaned for 5 days, and you need to request for clean towels and refills for amenities. 


Only if you are on a tight budget

We stayed in this apartment for one night... that cleanliness and order certainly did not lack, the apartment is also large enough for only 2 people... the minimum appliances are not missing and the lady who delivered the apartment is very kind... only a sin?

Good choice

Fat and decrepit apartment, hair on the floor and dust balls under the bed and sofa, impractical terrace for dirt and abandonment, at 378 euros for 3 nights 2 people, real theft, mold in the shower, decaying infusions, stains of paint dating back to when you don't know when, caught burned with signs of flames, real badness.

The room is quite spacious, it is not cleaned during the stays (which would not be a problem, but given the price...) and the bed was unfortunately the most noisy and uncomfortable I have ever slept on in a vacation.

It's a comfortable position.

Decent location, did not have to climb hill with luggage.  Close to sea, and train station.  Large room with large separate kitchen and sitting area.  Good budget accommodation.  No view, no balcony or outdoor area.   Stayed for 5 nights and they did not provide clean towels.  Asked and said there would be additional charge of 5 EUR per person for clean towels.   Good basic accommodation if you are here to hike.   Excellent location, however would stay in Monterossa next time.  More restaurants, shops, streets for strolling.

RioMiggiore

Unfortunately we found ourselves in a very bad place. The place although it was recently remodeled and narrow and narrow. Furniture is practically non-existent. There is a large cabinet but unfortunately half of it is unusable since the doors are instructed by a pseudo-commodine. I say pseudo because it is actually a wooden cube or cardboard covered with cloth. In the corner of the kitchen there is a boiler a toaster and a coffee shop for German coffee. A moka no? Scusse then if I'm Italian and I'm in Italy. And maybe a pencil for milk... a bathroom is the cherry on the cake! there's a shelf or a stool and even a hook. We put all the products of a toaster for everything else on our trips. We'll definitely never go to the toilet again.

Poor location

Good in the middle of Riomaggiore, for some days. Rooms are dark in daytime. And hard to find. Floors are a bit dirty.
There are all you need for cooking.
No aircon.No wifi.
Otherway all caffees, restaurants, shops are 2 min far.Not too much climbing on the steps.
