This residence was exceptional!!
We stayed in the Deluxe Apartment as a family of four.  A 6 year old and 18month, the apartment really does deserve the title Deluxe as it was truly home from home.  The apartment was very clean, all the essentials provided. E.g, washing machine, clotheshorse, cookery and most important for me was the coffee machine.
The bathroom was luxurious as well, I  woke up extra early in order to stand under that shower head without no disturbance from my family.
The apartment is well soundproof as we were not able to hear the other guests, unless they were going through the main entrance door.
The apartment is in a great location, just 10min walk to Riva Del Garda, so there is a shopping mall with restaurants and a Coop if you need any groceries etc.
The host Debora was amazing, nothing big or small was a issue for her, she was always able to accommodate.
As a family we felt safe, secure and absolutely happy staying here.
If there is availability we will be returning next year to stay at this residence.
The only issue is we were not able to give it more than 5 rating as we would most certainly would give it 10!!!


Absolutely an exceptional residence!!

Debora and her mother run residence apartments in Riva del Garda. All apartments come with a full kitchen plus utensils, dish ware, linens, tv, microwave , and a washing machine. The baths are showers but very clean and the apartments are very comfortable. Of note, there are fans but no air conditioning.
  A nice feature is off street parking at no charge.
  There is a shopping center 200m from the residence with a full grocery store open 7 days a week. A walk to the lake is about 10 min and 15 minutes to the center of Riva del Garda. This our second stay here and won’t be the last! 

Delightful apartment

The e-mail correspondence we got prior and during booking from this place was super quick and very helpful. And once we arrived for our long weekend stay, the reception we got from Debora was so wonderful we felt at home straight away. The apartment with one bedroom was well big enough to accommodate our family of four with 14 & 17 year olds. It was well equipped, safe, nicely located and very clean.

Perfect for a long weekend

We had to change flights to arrive earlier than expected and we decided to book an apartment for ourselves and my best man pre booking into our hotel . This apartment was good value and upon arrival we were not disappointed . We arrived late and the apartment left instructions and keys in a safe deposit box , parking for out hire car was also allocated. The apartment was easy to find just off the main road into RIva easy walking distance . The apartment was a lot bigger that expected and clean. Everything we needed was provided and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The best man was happy as they had upgraded to a slightly larger room so he has a bedroom instead of the sofa 👍.

Would definitely recommend and would go back in a heart beat 🇮🇹 

Apartment pre wedding 

Very friendly staff. The apartment was very spacious and modern and exceeded our expectations. Free car parking. Modern kitchen, 10 min walking from the nearest Mall with great groceries section in it. Wonderful view from the balcony. Totally worth it.

As a family of 4 with 2 teenage sons we found the Residence Desiree perfectly suited our needs for our holiday in Aug 15.  Clean and well equipped apartments situated within a 5 minute walk of the lake, shops and restaurants.  A quiet complex at night with secure parking.

We were well looked after by Deborah who was extremely helpful and is a font of knowledge for things to do locally. 

There are plenty of activities to do locally including kayaking, sailing, surfing, mountain biking as well as lots of areas on the shores of the lake to lounge around and relax.  Easy travelling distance to beautiful Verona and a trip to the top of Mount Baldo is a must for a stunning view of the whole lake.

A great place for a family holiday and Residence Desiree is a fantastic base on stunning Lake Garda.
