We have stayed here many times already and really like the place! It is situated outside the village of Verduno, about 5 minutes by car. There are three apartments, all situated next to each other, with identical layout and similar equipment. Each apartment consists of a ground floor and an (open plan) first floor. They all have a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom upstairs and an extra toilet downstairs, as well as a nice terrasse toward the back garden and a small balcony upstairs. The apartments are always very clean, the beds are comfortable and it is rather quiet. The hosts are very friendly. Also, there are many good restaurants either in Verduno itself or in the villages nearby.

Lovely place to stay!

An excellent stay with family! Spacious, clean rooms set in very green, beautifully landscaped and peaceful surroundings. Very secure and ideally situated at the heart of the wine country. The hosts were very kind and helpful and even offered us a big basket of their prune harvest. There are lots of apple, peach, prune and hazelnut trees in the garden and also a vegetable garden. It is lovely to wake up in the morning and have breakfast on the private terrace. There is also a secure underground garage. It felt like home away from home and I would be very happy to recommend it to all. It is very close to Alba, Bra and all the beautiful wine growing villages like Barolo, la Morra, etc. Will be happy to visit again.

My parents and I stayed at “Cascina Arcangelo Raffaele” for 4 nights in July 2015. The apartment was light and spacious, well equipped and had a very nice terrace and garden just outside. 
The place is family owned, and the hosts were very open minded and accommodating, answering all questions one might have, and created a very nice and family-like atmosphere for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at Cascina Arcangelo Raffaele!

Pleasant surroundings and accomodating hosts

We stayed here for 4 nights and found the appartement as per most other reviews spacious, luxurious and relaxing. We asked to use the BBQ we saw in the garage and we could (and did). All apartments have nice outdoor seating area and a balcony on the first floor where the bedroom is. There are only a few minor points that we encountered (none that would prevent us from stay here again): 1) no place in the shower to out your things (and little space in the bathroom as well, even though very spacious) however since it's a relatively bigger shower than usual in Italy and with glass windows we could put the tunes on top of them; 2) to on and off load your luggage you have to go through the garage, which includes stairs to go to ground floor level. Note that the bedroom is on the first floor of the appartement and your suitcase may also need another floor up. 
We liked the big kitchen, fully equipped, even with frozen ice cubes upon arrival and small oven, the nice (and substantial collection of) wines, only slightly more expensive compared to the wine house itself (1€ per bottle). In the evening and at night we could leave the windows and balcony doors open for fresh air and cooling down. There is a fan, but no airco which we didn't need in September anyway. 
The owners are very nice although we didn't see them much. Not all speak English but this wasn't a problem for us since we speak some Italian. One person is Dutch, in case it's needed. 
We would come here again. 
Note that through Booking.com and the address the location didn't come through correctly and it may be challenging to find it. It's located very near the beginning/end of the SP58, crossing with SP7. There you will see the sign 'Borgata Molino'. It's almost across from the restaurant La 2 Laterne'. The owners partially live next door at #18.


Lovely appartement at a great central location in the Langhe area (in the heart of Piedmont) although a but hard to find

Have just stayed in this delightful apartment in a very attractive area of the Piedmont.  Luxurious, spacious, clean and comfortable, the apartment  was a pleasure to relax in.  Surrounded by a large garden, we had a private seating area and also had access to a selection of extended family wines.  The staff/owners were very friendly and were keen to direct us to any destination and to recommend places of interest.  It is a pleasure to recommend these apartments to anyone wishing to spend time in the Piedmont.  We certainly hope to return.

brand new, a part of an old winery family who can offer most of the typical piemonte wines from their own cellar!
good for family and to explore the hills around - Barolo is 6 km away...
spending a week or two there is a perfect treat with food and wine!

You will not find a better equipped or cleaner apartment than this. It has everything you would wish in a self catering arrangement. Ideal for both couples of all ages and families with children as there is a large grassed area to enjoy.  
I must add that the entrance gate is very decorative.  
Strongly recommended.
