We stayed with a one-and-a-half-year-old girl at the beginning of September. We stayed in a very large suite, with a bathroom with double sinks and above all a panoramic balcony of about 40 square meters, furnished with beds, a table with chairs and various stands. A wonderful view of the sea, which can be reached simply by crossing the street.

A very good vacation, a very pleasant location and a very good restaurant.

I stayed at this facility (2 adults and 2 kids) in August. The facility would have a lot of potential but the person who runs it seems interested only in making money without investing anything, at the expense of the customers. The completely positive aspects are the location and the kids of the lodging. The bungalow where we stayed was in excellent condition and clean, but located in such a position that to get there you had to know how to climb a steep and long staircase. Also the TV took only the 3 channels and in fact there was the WI-FI (present only at the reception Rai).

Little attention to customers

We stayed at the Riviera Hotel during the last week of August, despite the little time spent in the facility, given the very close location to the center of Rodi Garganico and the beach, the rooms were always welcoming and above all clean for us, with daily towels changed. Another extremely positive note is the staff, from the always kind and available waiters, to the reception. Last but not least, the animation, Christian, Carmine and Claudia with their games (singing, beach volleyball tournaments, karaoke), dances, cabaret and so much more never bore us throughout the week, thanks also to their sympathy.

Flawless staff

The hotel already from the outside presents itself a little dated but the confidence and the desire to start the holiday is so much. I arrive in my cottage (as they call it, it is actually a bungalow). I notice 4 windows but totally useless if you want to keep a little privacy, too bad because they would be enough of tents. It's dinner time and I approach the restaurant hoping to eat sea and/or land delicacies. After the second door I realize that I'm in a dining room, for example there is no wine cart, the choice falls on either white or red. This room/means run by inexperienced cooks from the limited means supported by such a kitchen and is not very clean. However, zero empathy from all the girls who start living in receptionist to go to the beach is virtually impossible.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel in the middle of August, I was a bit worried about the period of time that I have chosen, which is everywhere, very chaotic but on the Riviera we found only a few things that are quiet, good food and serenity! list some of the things that we really enjoyed about our stay..in the first place the food! Dislike by those who talk about cibo da cafeteria  is absolutely the opposite. I, who usually am not a lover of fish-based menus, I was a little concerned about their preferred period of time that is everywhere, very chaotic but on the Riviera we found only some quiet, good food and serenity! list some of the things that we really appreciated about our stay..in the first place the food! We felt at home... 416 in the heart!

We have chosen the half-pension formula and we have detected a shortage of dishes served and a beginners service, with few exceptions. The animation, formed by three boys, has always been unable to manage the activities fairly, privileging in the proposed games, the southern guests, now taking care of the house in the structure.

Well, not very well.

It's the sixth year we've returned to the Riviera Hotel with immense pleasure, this year surprised by the magnificent animation, more reason to return next year with the hope that we'll be back with Carmine, Deborah and Simona.

We 'll be back.

Quality ratio price rather good and never as in this case the phrase 'the contented enjoy' is worth the restaurant service is sufficient, good cleaning, staff availability always present.

I'd go back to that.

Mid-range hotel for a holiday in total relaxation. Great location. Discrete food and excellent service offerings. Clean and well-equipped rooms. Gentle and available staff. I stayed several times and recommend it for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Discrete animation and beautiful panoramic swimming pool.

Vacation in Search of Relaxation

When I booked in this hotel I thought that the Puglia (Gargano) was synonymous with hospitality good food and beautiful sea. None of that! The food (quality like dining room and very measured portions), the staff, from the room to the reception to the ladies of the very unprofessional cleaning! A cleaning lady who wakes you up at 9:30 because she has to clean the room you can't even imagine!!!! One on vacation should have the opportunity to sleep and rest as long as he wants!!!!! In the room we found our table always occupied and the dirty towels of the previous meal! And the table the towels were dirty from whoever else the client thinks! Breakfast is free until 9.30 (in a beach resort would go to Leso Lario until 10:30 a.m.
