Good location to explore Rome on foot, however the photos are NOT an accurate representation. The mattresses are paper thin, they’re old and sink in the middle. It’s so bad we all have backaches. The couch is also old and uncomfortable. Out of three bedrooms one is nice-ish. The other two don’t have side tables, hangers, or even hooks for the towels in the bathrooms. The cleanliness is questionable and I killed a bug. The bathtub doesn’t seal and doesn’t work. The freezer is practically frosted shut and we can use it to make ice. One of the bedrooms has a thin mattress over a bed frame and literally nothing else in it. The kitchen has a gas stovetop, oven and a dishwasher, and most barebones essentials. There is also a microwave. There is a washer but no dryer. There is smelly trash in the entrance. Definitely overpriced for what it is.

Old mattresses that will kill your back

Stayed here for a week. Great location for all the sights of Rome. 
Friendly staff. 
Unfortunately the photos don't reflect the condition of our apartment that we stayed in. 
Some of the appliances didn't work in the kitchen. 
Bathroom was in desperate need of attention and the mattresses needed replacing or cleaning. 
I've decided to post on here because you can't read my review on booking.com. 
Thought people should be aware of what they're booking. 


Great location for visiting Rome.

Had the same experience as the user below. We stayed at this place back in December 2019 and couple of weeks back they charged our card again for the same amount (459 euros). Doing a chargeback through my bank and will see how it’ll turn out. The number that is listed with the property and who let us in (Maria) claims she doesn’t work there anymore. Apparently the owners discovered a great way to earn some money during coronavirus!

Scammers - DO NOT STAY HERE

We stayed there in the fall of 2019.
After almost a year, they again deducted payment for accommodation from the card and did not contact after it. I'm in a process of declining this transaction in my bank. Going to sue them after.
Just scammers. I do not recommend dealing with them

Terrible experience. Lost money.

The place was rundown, with trash bins in the entrance way and broken tile on the floor.  The lift could only take one person with a suitcase at a time so we climbed the stairs after finding the intercom (they should post this on their confirmation email).  There were only two rooms I think.  Our booking was for two queen beds and two singles.  We were put in a room with one queen bed and bunk beds.  When I queried the change I was told that the other room's bathroom wasn't working.  However, we definitely heard the family who had booked in after us in there as their kids were screaming well into the night.  The 'amenities' such as soap and conditioner were non existent (there were shampoo sachets which weren't worth opening) and I had to ask for toilet paper.  From the description, I was expecting a reception/concierge service that could arrange tickets.  It turned out to be one girl who we saw when we arrived and not again until we left.  She wasn't  very helpful and was impatient when I kept asking her for details of bus routes.  The room was clean but dated, I slept on top of the sheets.  The building is well situated for the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and Metro.  However, there are plenty of other hotels around that I'm sure were much more hospitable.  I wouldn't recommend this 'hotel' and Booking.Com and Expedia would do well to remove it from their selection lists.

False advertising - not a hotel

We have been to Rome before and loved it so decided to come back. Upon arrival we had to stand outside a derelict looking building trying to buzz the intercom for over ten minutes without an answer, then after climbing plenty of stairs with our luggage we finally reached the hotel, or more realistically a flat converted into rooms. We paid a €40 late check in fee, as we had already been told we would, although reluctantly as that was a lot considering the room was already in my opinion so overpriced. The room was the most dated room I have ever slept in, we hardly slept on the first night whilst the Aircon practically did not work despite the 30 degree temperature outside so has to sleep with the window open although there was building work opposite. Not to mention being kept awake by some young girl sat on reception watching videos and your neighbouring guests using the toilet right outside your door which sounded like they had camped in with you. On day two, the hotel actually turned two travellers away who had paid and reserved a room already because they were not happy with the late check in fee (although the hotel had automatically charged their card for it so beware of that!) The lady on reception called her manager and he said they had to leave because their attitude and to take it up with bookings.com to get their money back. We could hear all of this from our room as the sound just travels. It wasn't nice to have to listen to this argument and just bought our opinions of the place crashing even further down. They do not seem to care about us just what money they can make. These two travellers were given no choice but to find another hotel at midnight in a foreign country. There's so much else I can write about, but would never ever reccomend, ruined our trip such a shame as there was sooo many other hotels MUCH nicer for the same price! This hotel also went up by £50 within an hour of us looking at it on expedia.
