We stayed in two rooms, one had a little kitchette and bathroom and the other just had a bathroom.It was simple, clean and they supplied breakfast which was coffee, tea and crossiants. It is close to the vatican musuem, sistine chapel. We walked to Trevi fountain, colessuem, spanish steps and Pantheon. The buses stop just out the front if you prefer not to do all the walking.Resturants are close by.

Little place in Rome

So we had trouble finding it because it's really just 3 / 4 rooms in an apartment complex. We saw the manager / owner / concierge for about 10 minutes when we checked in and never again. Most of the appliances in the room did not work. It was also quite unsafe.
Since there's noone here it's a really bad option for tourists. 
I would NOT recommend this place

Huge deception

This is the most disgusting place I have ever had the misfortune of booking. Upon arrival, we were met in the street by the owner who had no record of our booking. we were left on the street for 45minutes whilst he attempted to sort the booking out. He then took us to a room which was approx. 12 square meters, which comprised of a broken shower- the doors did not open, and the toilet was leaking, and the camp bed (supposedly second bed) was broken. we notified the owner who did not speak English that this was not what we had booked. Whilst attempting to take photos as evidence, he physically pushed myself out of the room with our luggage. he informed ourselves if we wanted the room that we had booked we would have to pay extra. naturally we refused and he threw us out onto the street. it is dirty, owner is extremely rude and argumentative. just to reiterate how bad this actually is, I am currently in the process of starting legal proceedings, as payment has been taken from my account.

DO NOT STAY!!!!!- MISREPRESENTATION

Unlike the description on the booking site I found this B & B on, there was no lounge room, no computer room, no kitchen and the mini bar was a mini fridge (no contents) which did not work. The photos look great, but in reality the facilities did not live up - The shower changed from hot to cold continually with a shower head that would not stay in place, bathroom window had no handle, the extra two beds were fold out sleepers (one which had to be fixed on arrival) which are OK for one or two nights, but not for a whole week.  We noted in our booking that it was for four adults – this room was certainly not suitable for that many adult sleepers, let alone four adults with luggage needing to share a space. The main bed was extremely squeeky.  Breakfast was a joke and served in a cafe down the road - I don't believe this venue should be allowed to be considered a Bed and Breakfast. The breakfast voucher was a scribbled note on a torn piece of paper.  The 'Panoramic View' was of the very noisy street below ( and definitely not the one in the photos here!).  We also had to pay in cash which was not mentioned during the booking process and left us short for our last week in Europe.  The price we paid was about the same as we paid throughout our holiday, but was the least value for money. Even thought it was a non smoking apt, the cleaner smoked while on the job and left the smell of cigarettes wafting in the apartments. There was a sign out the front with five stars... self appointed I assume!

Owners were nice people but with no English it was very hard to communicate any concerns with them, although you could tell they wanted to try and help. It was great having internet access.
