The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Nearby parking fee: EUR 15.00 per 24 hours
• Pet fee: EUR 10.00 per pet, per night
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 9:30 PM and 3 PM
• Housekeeping fee: EUR 5 per day
• Air conditioning fee: EUR 5 per day
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 8.00 per day
• Onsite credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 2 percent
