Dirty "Star room"
STAY AWAY FROM THIS "HOTEL"!!!
We Stayed on Oct 7 till Oct.9th
The bathroom's standing shower is clogged up.
There's hair on the floor & the pillows have hair too.
There's liquid soap in the bathroom but it's almost empty.
The cup provided is filthy it looked like it was never washed .
NOT highly recommended.
The owner was very rude.

STAY AWAY!

Look folks, the place itself is a standard budget place. Its cheap and a very short walk from Rome Termini Station.
We booked breakfast included. This was a short walk down the street about 80 yards to a cafe, Breakfast was a small coffee and ONE croissant. A total rip off.
The owner charged me 21Euro City Tax by cash when we checked in. No receipt.But all rooms include taxes and charges. Therefore he cheated me out of 21 Euro.
DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE

THE OWNER IS A CHEAT

We booked via booking.com with time of arrival between 23:00 and 0:00. We arrived at 23:58, door closed nobody answered. At 0:02 we received room cancellation from the owner. We started calling 0:04 nobody answered. 220€ paid with visa is gone. After 18 unaswered calls and one hour later we sart searching an other hotel in the middle of the night with 2 kids. Horrible. 

Answer of booking.com and the owner. Its normal no show fee. He lied saying he came out to chech if we where there. We where there he wasn’t. 

I hope nobody will have the same bad experience. 

Horrible

Great location of about 5-10 minutes walk from the mail train station, but, no sign out side of the building and you spent 5 more minutes before you understand you are in the correct location.
And than you enter the most small and claustrophobic elevator ever without really know what floor to go off...
Finally you found the place? Wait another 3-4 minutes until someone will open the door (this is not a real hotel, more like converted home)... and than the fun began
The room does not include it own bath and toilet...
Yes, it say that when you book the place, but I’m not sure why and how we missed that. As a couple we wanted our privacy, and offered to upgrade.
Not sure if we been told the truth or not, but we been said that no upgrade available,
We wanted to cancel the booking (4 nights) and were willing to pay for two of those nights, but way would a place offer such a re-found he wants the all 4 nights... and he got them
We moved to another hotel, much better, similar location, but the feeling that we been cheated stayed for most of the trip


Must read the small prints

My mother, 3 sisters and I spent one night at this hotel at the end of September. The morning of check out, we got up early and took the luggage out of the room so that they could clean. There was no-one at reception otherwise we would have asked if we could leave them there, but it was before the check out time so we weren't concerned. We walked around the corner to have breakfast - when my mother received a call from the hotel owner. He was shouting at her, telling her she had stolen his key and he was going to put our luggage on the street. My mother and one of my sisters went straight back to the hotel, and found he had put our bags outside the hotel in the lift shaft of the building where anyone could have stolen them. This was still before the official check out time. He came out and was threatening my mother - calling her a cripple (she had a bandage on her leg) and swearing at her. I got back to the hotel and went to speak to the owner myself (calmly) who came very close to me and was swearing in my face and then slammed the door in my face. I was shaken and upset at this level of aggression. We then received a message from booking.com who we had made the booking through, saying we had been a no show (presumably to stop us from writing a negative review). We contacted Booking.com who haven't been very helpful in dealing with an issue. They have reinstated the booking so we can leave a review but haven't dealt adequately with the hotel owner as I think staying here is dangerous.
