This is the only strength of the hotel (if we want to call it this: in fact it is an old renovated apartment). However, to spend a night in Rome all in all is acceptable. The price for the room is good.

For those who are content

From the photos the B&B looks much more cozy and with better services than the ones actually offered, the room is quite small and is in a rather old building, moreover the address does not match the one provided on the tripadvisor. The cleaning of the room leaves much to be desired (dirty blanket and tent). The person who welcomed us did not shine for kindness and sympathy. Breakfast is in a conventional bar in the area, although poor compared to other B&Bs.

Stay out of it.

Nice owner, excellent location (near Termini station), with 20€ you sleep in a double room. Small, not very clean room, dirty walls, bed in the middle of the room (no head support ), bathroom with broken insert, thermosphere disconnected and to finish shower not very clean and hot water finished after 2 consecutive showers.

All in all acceptable

I've traveled to different places and stayed in different hotels/b&b, but I've never found myself so bad as this one! My boyfriend and I have actually stayed for two nights in this facility, attracted by both the location and the price (a few positive notes). But if we had only read the reviews first, we would have run off on our feet. We had to wait until 3:00 p.m. for check-in, but we had to pay the receptionist in advance, being the non-existent owner. The beauty comes when this with a threatening, it warns us that there were 20 euros missing, when instead we were already all the sum. All this probably because the receptionist wanted to make us go through the stupid or the dirty door.

I'll never see you again.

The owner, despite his sporadic presence in the structure, was very cordial (though quick) in the reception.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS "HOTEL"!!!
We Stayed on Oct 7 till Oct.9th
The bathroom's standing shower is clogged up.
There's hair on the floor & the pillows have hair too.
There's liquid soap in the bathroom but it's almost empty.
The cup provided is filthy it looked like it was never washed .
NOT highly recommended.
The owner was very rude.

1 stella solamente perché meno non posso dare. 

STAY AWAY!

There was no accommodation, bad bathroom conditions, ghost owner, pathetic infusions, window didn't close as it should, room lock visibly tampered with.

It's too bad.

It's true that after reading the comments we were quite frightened, but to our surprise everything was quite positive.The hostel is in a very accessible area, generally clean and comfortable.The three-bedroom is quite spacious and the air conditioning has given us life in the middle of August.As negative points, I would point out that above the mattress of my bed there was a lot of dog or animal hair and that the tables of one of the beds were constantly falling.

 Good price to quality ratio.

Look folks, the place itself is a standard budget place. Its cheap and a very short walk from Rome Termini Station.
We booked breakfast included. This was a short walk down the street about 80 yards to a cafe, Breakfast was a small coffee and ONE croissant. A total rip off.
The owner charged me 21Euro City Tax by cash when we checked in. No receipt.But all rooms include taxes and charges. Therefore he cheated me out of 21 Euro.
DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE

THE OWNER IS A CHEAT

The owner was very hasty and inhospitable, he didn't go to the post so we had to pay in cash.
