Very close to the Colosseum and within walking distance to other sights.  I stayed in a single room, which was perfect for me, traveling solo. It was so cozy, I kinda didn't want to check out. 
If you are not one to go out and seek breakfast, I highly recommend purchasing the breakfast package. Lots of good things on the menu for every taste. And the aperitif cheese was to die for! 

Wonderful hotel , great location

5 out of 5 stars. From the very beginning checking in was a breeze, staff was so helpful and took care of our luggage’s right away. 

I booked two rooms, one in the main building & one in the annex. Both rooms were great. 
 
The building where annex room was located didn’t have an elevator but staff was so helpful carrying our luggage up. 

Rooms were spacious, clean, & comfortable. 

I stayed in the main building, my bathroom was on the smaller side but for just me it was perfectly fine & was stocked with everything I needed. 

That bed was so so comfortable!!! I wish I had that mattress back home. 
Honestly that was the best bed I’ve slept in from all hotels, motels, & airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. 
Better than my own mattress. 

My family forgot to bring a power converter & when we asked the front desk where can we find the nearest store to purchase one, he kindly gave us one to borrow. 

Breakfast was buffet style & came free of charge booking directly through the hotels website. 

It was simple but oh so delicious. 

My family & I only stayed one night since we came to Rome early for our cruise. 

We woke up early to site see a bit before needing to leave for our cruise pick up location at 12pm. 
Check out was at 10:30am but they were so kind to let us have a late check out for the room in the annex building. 

As we were taking our luggage down the stairs, a staff member was in the next room and noticed us, he immediately came over and took our luggage down the stairs to the street for us. Mind you our luggage’s was 40lbs. 

I loved the location too i was so close to the places we wanted to see. 

Hotel Navona will be my go to hotel the next time I visit Rome for a proper visit.

Great stay

My sister and I stayed for 3 nights at the Hotel Navona, and were very pleased with everything about this hotel. The location is ideal - we were able to walk easily to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon - 2 of our favorite places in Rome. The room we stayed in was a good size, very clean and bright, and had a walk-in shower. Everything felt "new". The staff was helpful in every way - calling taxis for us and storing our luggage for the day at  no charge when we checked out. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I loved that the staff brought a pot of coffee to the table - no fussing with those coffee machines! In short, we will be staying here again on our next visit to Rome!

We loved the location, we were able to walk to different places. Specially good price for last minute pick. The service was great, this hotel allows you to leave bags as long as you want in a day, before checking in to room or after check out with for us is a + since we got there 2 hours before our check in time and checked out 8 hours before our flight which allowed us to leave our bags and still explore the city! THE ROOMS HAVE A/C that works

Only down side to it is if you're taller than 5'10 in our case, the roof was kind of short and so was the shower head. So any person taller than that might have trouble. Also someone walked in our room with a key so they need to make sure they don't give keys out to the same room to multiple people. And the beds were two twin size beds placed together so just fyi for couples. But over all the experience was pretty good for us so for us it was a 10!

What a delightful boutique hotel. I first discovered this place a decade ago, and have stayed several times. Every room I’ve chosen (small single to suite) has been spotless, well appointed, with a great comfortable bed. Breakfast is way beyond what I’ve come to expect in Italy - in addition to the usual caffè e cornetto, fresh fruit, baked goods, and eggs -eggs! with an assortment of juices and great cappuccino. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, at the front desk, in the breakfast room, housekeeping and maintenance, always with a smile. The location (right between the Pantheon and Piazza Navona) is outstanding. And I know it’s a little thing, but I really appreciate the elevator, too.

Boutique hotel, great breakfast and location in Rome

Really nice hotel  between Piazza Navona & Pantheon. So convenient! Super clean. Staff friendly & helpful with everything! Tasty breakfast included. Bed comfy for 2, US queen size. Happy we stayed here! 

Hotel Navona is awesome!

We are 2 couples who spent 3 nights at Hotel Navona on October.  We reserved 2 superior double rooms including breakfast, online directly through the hotel.  We arrived at 11:00 am, way before check in time.  Nevertheless, we were told we could have our rooms as soon as they are ready, which was within an hour.  
Throughout our stay, the reception and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and worked very hard to insure a pleasant stay.  Michel gave us 2 restaurant recommendations which were spot on.  Angelo was constantly calling taxis for guests and carrying bags up to the rooms.  He gladly helped me with a tech issue I had when trying to check in for our flight and gave us shopping area recommendations.

The breakfast room is small, but big enough.  The food buffet was good and hot beverages were served.  The rooms, 311 and 314, were clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The lighting and bathroom fixtures were good and up-to-date.  There were 2 complimentary bottles of water in the mini fridge and an electric kettle to make tea or instant coffee. 

I’d offer a few minor suggestions for improvement.  Our room had bedside lamps, our friends’ room didn’t.  We thought this should be consistent from room to room.  It would be great if the rather expansive empty wall opposite the bed could be utilized, maybe with a few hooks or another table. While we were able to request more water, tea, coffee or clean cups, this was not automatically replenished everyday.  Be aware there are no tissues or facecloth provided, but I believe this is normal in Italy.

Overall, we were very comfortable and happy to recommend Hotel Navona for its staff and close location to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and hundreds of restaurants.

Absolutely love this hotel Angelo especially went out of his way to make not just us but all patrons welcome and comfortable, he was full of knowledge and advice his staff went above and beyond to help you in anyway they could can't rate their service enough, its a lovely hotel in a good position couldn't ask for more thank you Angelo for making our Rome adventure the best so far

Staying at Hotel Navona in the heart of Rome was an experience that combined charm, convenience, and a touch of historical allure. From the moment I arrived, I felt immersed in the city’s vibrant atmosphere, with the hotel perfectly situated just steps from Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and many other iconic landmarks.

The staff was welcoming and eager to help, always ready with a smile, and had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Their warmth made me feel right at home, and it was clear they took pride in offering a personal touch.

My room blended modern comfort and Italian charm with tasteful decor and a cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after long days of exploring the city, it felt like a haven to return to. However, there were a couple of minor hiccups. The towel warmer in the bathroom didn’t work, which wasn’t a huge issue, but it would’ve been a nice touch, especially in the cooler evenings.

The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, but the view from its window was less than ideal—it overlooked an inner patio that appeared to serve as a trash dumping area. While it didn’t spoil my stay, I couldn’t help but think how much better it would be if that space were transformed into a small garden or courtyard. A bit of greenery would elevate the entire atmosphere and make it a much more pleasant sight.

Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience at Hotel Navona was overwhelmingly positive. The location is unbeatable, and the hotel's intimate size gives it a boutique feel that larger chains can’t replicate. I’d gladly stay here again, especially if that inner patio gets its much-needed makeover!

Hotel Navona, Rome – A Charming Stay in the Heart of History

What a delightful small hotel in a fantastic position close to the square with great choice of restaurants bars and shops . Very close to main tourist attractions. Rooms not large but clean and well equipped . Only downside was the breakfast availability . We were slightly late on departure day and the restaurant manager was most unyielding .
