I was in this structure for 3 days and the owner are friendly.
The price including a big camera and an italian breackfast.
The position is very quiet and you can sleep very well.

We came in from Rome by train at dusk. No cell phone, only the directions provided on line by the owner. Thanks to a kind bus driver who dropped us off for free (He couldn't sell us a tkt and the tkt office was closed.) we got there over an hour after our train ride. The walk would have been 25-30 minutes, not 5. And the road from the station is narrow with no sidewalk and busy with lots of fast drivers. The young proprietor sent us on a 20 min.walk down that road when we asked where we could get a  late supper. (He also called that a 5 minute walk.)When we returned hot and tired, there was no hot water for a shower. (We complained in an email and it was hot the next morning.) the wi-fi wasn't accessible in our room, so we went down to the kitchen.Breakfast was toast, coffee, Tang and cello-wrapped cookies. Do not stay here unless you arrive by car.

Scary

The room was clean.  Breakfast consisted of cellophane wrapped pastries.  They claimed their machine wasn't working and demanded cash payment.  Way overpriced for what it was.  Very disappointed. Dogs barked most nights.

Totally misrepresented - definitely not in a medieval village,rather a suburban stucco subdividsion
