They canceled the reservation two hours before check-in (and we were traveling by train 600 km away from home) and their response was that we weren't the only ones and adjusted.

I would like you to book in this hotel!!!!!!!!

It's in a multi-story building populated by immigrants, mostly Africans. We got here, nobody waited for us, they called the door for a long time, although they booked in advance. The rooms are not very clean. In the evenings the streets are filled with companies of Africans drinking beer.

Close to the station Terms area maybe not the best clean room very nice context then for the price I strongly recommend it really nice owner no breakfast yes wi-fi I repeat the advice

So let's start from the fact that I'm a person who doesn't have a lot of expectations about hotels but about this... the first day I was shocked I remember thinking that if I leave alive it's a miracle... bad area to get in you have to go through a gravel road with a very strong smell of urine, comfort of the room at the edge of zero I remember that I was getting cold-hearted to lean my face on the pillow so much that I covered it with my bed shirt of a ridiculous discomfort on the photo at the time of booking he was saying with TV but about this ghostly TV even the shadow... I mean I wouldn't recommend it to anyone but to anyone.

Whilst this hostel is relatively cheap to book you are getting what you are paying for it is literally the kind of hotel whereby you only want to rest your head it's not the kind of place you are going to want to spend time and the area is very intimidating it seems like a bad part of time that it is situated in and would not recommend to a lone traveler whilst it is relatively close to everything and the staff try to be as helpful as possible you are only getting a bed to rest your head on in an area most people would  it be comfortable 

Cheap but not so cheerful 

As four guys we found ourselves well in this hostel, for the price paid you can't expect a resort with the tub and the massage therapist. The point is that terms are invaded by immigrants, it seems like we're not in Italy to understand, outside the gate of this building where this apartment is located there are African shops, frequented by Africans who drink, smoke, spit and the smell is anything but pleasant (not to be racist but the smell is really nauseating).

Good but for...

I spent a very unpleasant night at this hotel. The staff didn't speak English nor Italian, only Chinese, so communication was almost impossible. They have 2 floors in a building located at a very shady street. We arrived at night and were scared to walk around. The beds were very uncomfortable, we had to share the bathroom with people in the other room of the floor and with the staff, whose bath products were in the shower, so it felt like showering at someone else's house. Internet only worked in the common area, where there was a weird smell. If you're reading this review, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. You can find much better options, even in this price range.

Avoid!!

It's the worst place in the world. Located behind Termini station but the neighborhood turned out to be bad and not safe at all. Cleanliness is very poor, almost non-existent. Two bathrooms for six rooms, one of which is even broken and only the floors of the bathrooms are cleaned. Being able to wash with hot water is a miracle. Windows that don't even close and insects in the room. The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms takes off. Maybe the only thing that works is the TV. Overall I would say disgusting.

I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

I booked this place because of location, little did I know that I was shooting myself in the foot
...aaaah where do I start 
1. It's in a dangerous street, do not book if you are a solo traveller 
2. It's difficult to find as it is in an apartment in a block of flats that is taken over by immigrants 
3. It has a funny smell and it's not clean, I don't know how Italian government allows places like this to exist.

There is no reception, no common areas,  shady beds , everything about this place is shady 

Worst place ever

The B&B is run by Chinese people who do not make any simple or large requests, it is very important to our seats, but it did not even show much of our accuracy and/or availability. When we arrived we got a small room that we could not afford (my document will not even be shared for a few nights in the center of Rome, but it is also a very nice room with a very large room and a very nice room with a lot of rooms and apartments, but it is also a very nice room with a lot of rooms and apartments.
