Really good place to stay!! Close to San Pietro piazza and clise to train station. You can go walking to San Pietro piazza. Staff are so amazing and nice!! Marco was totally friendly! I definitely eould like to come back and stay there!

The third and equally outstanding addition to Marco and his staff’s b&bs. I’ve had the pleasure of staying at all three of Marco’s b&bs. San Pietro offers a great location, incredible furnishings, outstanding service. You can’t go wrong with Marco! 

The Best!

We just got back from Rome and I have never felt such a need to write a review for a hotel! 
We were so happy with the hotel from the very beginning to the end of our experience.

Before our trip to Rome, we spoke to Marco through email. He was so quick to reply and left no room for doubts; very friendly, professional and quick to confirm anything we asked for!

When we got to Rome, we met Massimo--our driver (from the hotel) who picked us up at the airport. He was very kind to us, when we were trying (and failing) to figure out what kind of monuments we were driving around, he was happy to tell us what they were and even tell us something about them. 
He dropped us off right at the door to the apartment building, even pointed it out to us, just so we were sure where we were supposed to go.

Last but not least, we met Irene the next morning. She's so amazing! If you need anything, she'll do everything she can to help; be it tell you how to get to certain monuments, bring you breakfast as soon as possible because you need to leave early or look up train departure times for you! 
You can see that she really enjoys working with people! 

The hotel itself is located in a residential building, but you wouldn't be able to tell that from the inside of it. It's just as good if not better than any regular hotel I've been to. 
The rooms have been renovated and everything is so modern, clean and beautiful!
I was worried that it might be cold inside, since we visited in January, but they have both radiators and an A/C so you don't need to worry about temperature, no matter what season!

The breakfast is brought to your room by Irene, you pick what you'd like to eat on a card that they provide you, you pick your preferred breakfast time and you hang that on the door handle. You can choose tea,coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal, toast, muffin, croissant, an Italian sweet cake and I'm sure I'm forgetting something!

As far as location goes, the hotel is very close to the Vatican city and Castel Sant'Angelo. If you want to go exploring on the other side of the Tiber bus 64 leaves from San Pietro Station roughly every 5 to 10 minutes. They even sell you bus tickets at the hotel! (Don't forget to mark your ticket in the bus!) Bus tickets cost 1.5 euros and are valid for 100 minutes--you can switch busses!

We walked a lot and only found out on our way to the airport that the train to Termini also takes you to Trastevere! So just know that that's an option, too! (Don't forget to mark your train ticket at the train STATION. Tickets from San Pietro Station to Termini cost 1 euro.) 

The hotel gives ou a cards with restaurants that they personally tested, which I think is very nice and if you ask they'll even make a reservation for you! One of the restaurants was very close to the hotel just in the short road right across from the nearest Church.
If you get the taste for Asian food, you can just pass through that short road and there's an amazing Asian restaurant (63 ristorante) right there! 
You also have a Carrefour not even 5 minutes away and a yummy bakery maybe 1 minute in the direction of the Vatican.

For the price, this hotel is unbeatable. I guarantee that you won't be disappointed!
