From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with big smiles and made to feel very welcome. We were walked a short distance to a separate building—literally just a one-minute walk from the Trevi Steps. Our bags were taken and we were put into a tiny, old-style Italian lift, the kind that adds real character. By the time we reached the fifth floor, the man was already there waiting for us (he ran up!). The room itself was simple but very clean and had everything we needed. The real highlight was opening the outside door to a balcony that overlooked nearby buildings, with the Trevi Fountain visible in the distance—such a lovely surprise. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay, so a big thank you to the cleaning lady. Overall, we had a really lovely stay and would happily recommend it.
