There was an excellent customer service. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Thank you Adriana and Ofely. Location excelent!! If I had wanted a modern hotel, we would have booked a hotel on the outskirts of the city, not this excellent hotel from the early 1900s, which has an exceptional location. In many cities, emergency horns are not allowed at night, in Rome they are. These horns are heard in almost all hotels near main streets. We were in room 201 and we will return next year because we loved the hotel.
