The location was ok.....Great loby and staff...they were very helpful. Its just an ok hotel.....Great for people on a budget, nothing much to write home about. Had a problem with the shower but other than that nothing else to complain about

A let down

Nice and clean ! situated away from busy city center but at the same time very easy to get to and travel to Rome . there was few places around to eat dinner and every one was a great find. we used underground but bus communication is really good too. The only thing is missing is swimming pool cos at the end of the day after wondering around city it would be a benefit especially summer time!!!

Great location if you want to be across the street from St. Peters Basilica.  Also roof top restaurant.  Rooms are a great price, but very small with no closet space. Great for short stay. Perfect for listening or attending catholic mass and hearing the pope.  Nice breakfast choices that are complimentary.

St. Peter close

Great hotel, went with my daughter and had booked a twin room. Unfortunately the hotel only had single rooms available when we checked in, but they were fine,  single beds, nice and cosy, tv and fridge and en suite perfect for solo use. Lovely little balcony too. Breakfast was continental and self service but perfect for what we needed.  Although slightly out of rome centre it was no problem catching the metro to wherever we wanted to go and was only a 15/ 20 min walk from the hotel.

3 night break

TBH , this hotel was a bit of surprise because on our initial taxi ride up to it , the area looks a little run down. HOWEVER, the hotel is rather lovely , in a boutique style with friendly staff and a simple room with all you could need in it  - other than tea or coffee facilities. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. 
We stayed in Rome in February . The hotel receptionist provided a map to the easily found local station ( we did just follow google maps through!) which is about 8 minutes walk and a 5 minute commute to 'Collosseo'. 
My reason for saying that the staff were amazing was due to an impromptu taxi strike which left us unable to get to the airport!!! Facing missing our flight home, the manager of the sister hotel drove us in his mini van to Fuimencino  airport - when we offered to pay for fuel, he wouldn't hear of it and was truly our saviour! The lovely lady on reception had tried every taxi service in Rome for us too and was massively helpful! 
In regard to visiting Rome itself - if you are willing to have a short 20 minute journey into central Rome and experience life outside the ancient ruins and touristy areas then for a budget friendly stay , that was extremely comfortable , do not hesitate to use this hotel!

Lovely hotel in a odd location but close transport links to central Rome - AMAZING STAFF!

This hotel was brilliant to stay in and had great facilities, breakfast and coffee! The staff were brilliant and it was so modern inside. 

Location is a bit out but it’s a cheaper hotel so it figures! Just a 5-10 minute walk to the sub into the centre so location isn’t an issue at all.

Wonderful hotel thoroughly recommend!

Smashing Hotel and Great Breakfast!

Looking at some of the negative reviews I am sure the reviewers were living on another plant and exaggerated their experiences.
The hotel is near a university where the students appear to have a penchant for graffiti which unfortunately spoils the area. The walk to the hotel is not like many places in Rome with neglected pavements and some litter. We never felt threatened or unsafe as some of the reviewers stated. 
The hotel more than makes up for it this. Our room was immaculate with comfortable beds and all the conveniences.
Breakfast was an exceptional spread of continental breakfast with also cooked food. Only criticism was the scrambled eggs were as often is the case with a buffet a little dry.
The staff were very welcoming and could not be more helpful.
This hotel deserves its 4* rating.
It is also a very short way from Rome on the metro 15-20 mins to Colosseum and Circus Maximus also not far from the main train Terminal in the centre of Rome.
I would certainly stay there again.

Excellent Hotel

Had trip brought as Christmas presents from son going out on 28/1/18 get to hotel on sunday afternoon only to find hotel is shut closed down on 20/1/18 nobody told us or text to say it was closed stuck trying to find new hotel not good for a 70 and 60 year old couple years

Poor poor

Hotel was very poor, rooms wernt that nice definantly not worth a ☆4 rating and the tax was €24 for 2 people for 2 night yet in Venice it was €8.80 for a ☆4. Beds were stiff as a board and pillows were flat i actually had vertigo after the 1st night sleeping there and woke up dizzy as anything. Hotel was outdated and the rooms had a funny smell.

2 night break away

The hotel is very much in the suburbs and opposite a University.
The first room we had was very small,therefore we upgraded to a larger room at an additional 10 euros per night.
The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff very hepful and friendly.  However, there is no restaurant at the hotel (apart from a breakfast dining area) and unfortunately there isn't any where to eat other than an Asian restaurant (which was quite good) and  asmall Trattoria - which was not open over the week-end. We also found a small bar which served snacks.  Adjacent to the hotel was a Pizza restuarant that looked more like a canteen.  (Probably because the university student used it as such).
The hotel bar is in the foyer and does not have any ambience.
We had to walk to the metro to get into the main centre of things.  However, very easy to use and we purchased a 3 day travel card which can be used on trains and buses.
Graffiti was every where. Must be the capital city of Graffiti.  Even the trains are covered in it.
Not a particuclary nice area to stay.
