What was good

Certainly the best hotel in Rome within a 5-minute walk from Termini Train Station. Centrally located in Rome, this hotel has an excellent location with superb staff, comfortable rooms, and exemplary service. Being that the hotel is so close to Termini, whether you are coming via train or either major airport, getting here is a breeze. You can take the express train or affordable bus from Fiumicino Airport. From Ciampino Airport, there is a quick bus service that goes directly to Termini. Checking into the hotel is fast and efficient. The staff is well-prepared to handle any requests. I had a couple of requests that were met and I was extremely satisfied with the ease and communication. The rooms are nice and well-appointed with small fridges to keep drinks cold, English television stations, air-conditioning, large windows, and equipped bathrooms. The beds are standard for Europe and comfortable as well. I was able to get a great night's sleep. I would definitely opt for a room that includes breakfast. The breakfast here is a culinary delight with eggs, bacon, sausage, various meats, coffee, juices, salad, yogurts, pastries, breads and for me, the best part was the assortment of cheeses. I love cheese. The gym is perfect for all of your fitness needs. There is a bike, treadmill and weights station. In my opinion, the best part of the hotel is the rooftop jacuzzi. This is absolutely a great asset after exploring Rome. I used the rooftop jacuzzi twice a day to relax and rejuvenate. The hotel meets the demands of any discerning traveler and I am glad I stumbled upon this jewel. This is my second stay here and I plan to utilize Venetia Plaza Hotel for all future accommodations.
