Our Bus group arrived to check in was treated terribly by the staff re  checking in - as a group the leader had to collect the city tax before any keys were handed over and when a member of the bus group protested was told do “ see the door you can go”! That was the first  thing then the food was not the menu we paid for it was disgusting and no one hardly ate any. Then when retiring to bed ., the FIRE alarm went off and went off randomly for at least 3 hours. NO ONE of the staff EVER helped the situation by explaining anything we were all standing outside and inside with no idea when we could reenter our rooms. NEVER would I recommend this Hotel!

A very bad experience

This hotel appears nice from the exterior/ lobby area, but the rooms themselves left much to be desired. The carpets were heavily stained, with several various brown and blue spots all over the room, some quite big. Some of the curtains were also very noticeably stained, immediately raising my concern as to why any sane hotel employees who may have set foot in that room would see it as fit to be paid for and stayed in. The walls were paper thin; we could hear conversations in the room next door, people shouting from across the building, and knocking on doors from the opposite end of the very long hallway. The cherry on top of the entire experience was for spider on my pillow to greet me, and the cobwebs in the windowsills. You will not be hard pressed to find a nicer, cleaner, hotel for a similar price point in rome, likely absent of spiders, so l would not recommend.

We stayed here for three nights. Easy to get to the city by bus/Uber.
Kudos to the restaurant staff for being so efficient as tour group travellers swamped the restaurant every morning.

The rooms were fine although it was not possible to get two adjoining rooms with twin beds. Well maintained daily.

There is a small grocer/restaurant connected to the hotel. Limited choices and opening hours, manned by unfriendly people.

Good, quiet hotel just outside the city.

It was an ok hotel! Comfortable bed & clean. 881 bus right outside, takes you into the city centre. Breakfast was ok nothing too exciting but did the job! Some people are very fussy, I was panicking reading these comments but it was 100%

Grand hotel

Our delegation of scientists, who came to Rome to participate in the International Scientific Congress, are very dissatisfied with the hotel's service, service and unkind attitude. Due to the cancellation of the flight and the strike of the train service personnel in Milan central station, we arrived late on July 13 instead of July 10 at the mentioned hotel, which we had already purchased from July 10 to July 17. The hotel administration had information about our travel problems, despite the confirmation that we would keep the purchased rooms, they did not wait for us and resold our rooms. When we arrived at the place, instead of empathy and support, they threatened us and showed aggression towards us. i.e. Both our reservation and the money we paid were lost and we got a lot of psychological shock/stress. And after that, of course, we will have only negative comments, especially about the employee Angelica, who was completely rude, and I think that such employees bring down the rating of the hotel, any service provider organization, and the entire country.

We are family of four and have to be splitted into to two rooms which were fine as its on same floor. Rooms are fine with toiletries but no water or kettle. I could live with that but Staff are worst.

One of rooms has issues with Aircon and with summer temperature not ideal. Called Reception, lady staff is friendly but the man on night shift is arrogant, he said we have to wait, been 30 mins no action, our booking is via Coach Tour so when I contacted my Tour Leader they changed our room.

When I went to down to lobby to ask for kettle or hot water he said to ask Kitchen staff, and an Italian words sighing feeling me like stupid after, not, very arrogant indeed.

Next day, I asked my daughter to ask for hot water again to Kitchen Staff, my daughter went back to our room feeling embarrassed as the guy initially refused as they said its only for coffee. 

The management should review their staff attitude, I know some hate tourists but for pete’s sake majority of guest are tourists.


Arrogant Staff

Very clean and spacious! Staff very helpful. A little far from the city center (about 25 minutes) because of traffic. Not a lot to eat in the area. Woke up hearing beautiful church bells outside our window. A shuttle took us to Vatican City for only $5. We would definitely stay there again!

Hotel Rome Pisana:-.          Hotel Rome Pisana is located near the Vatican, in the Western area of the Capital a few minutes away from the New Fair of Rome, from the Big Ring Road (GRA), and from Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci). The Hall leads you to a living room decorated with an elegant and essential style, arranged into peaceful relax zones.  The service is on request and operates according to scheduled timetable. Very nice place, good location and tasty food. Clean room and comfortable bed, reception staff very helpful and professional. Since all the facilities are available, I recommend this hotel for the pleasant and peaceful stay in Rome( Italy).       Dr. Sambhaji Shinde, Pune India

Hotel Rome Pisana

We couldn't adjust the air conditioning to be lower than 80 degrees Fahrenheit.  Is this common in all European hotels?  Some Americans may find this aspect annoying, as we did.  Everything else about our stay was exceptional!

Staying was good and service also. distance from the airport a little long. Dinner was definitely GREAT but not the breakfast because it was a prepared and packaged breakfast.
