This little B&B is a tiny jewel, but well  hidden in the quarter of Roma Termini. Very nice rooms: very clean, modern and silent (while the traffic can be very noisy). The owners are very friendly and helpful (they reserved our tickets for the Vatican museum, so we hadn't to wait in the queu!). Rich and tasteful breakfast!

Cosy, confortable, clean and close to any attraction in Rome!
Really good choice if you're traveling on a budget and looking for a cheap place to stay, good breakfast, excellent conditions and close to the city center. David is a great host!

Very good stay!

I stayed here for a week early September 2015 (solo female traveller). I had a really wonderful experience here. Firstly, the owner Davide is extremely helpful, kind and did everything he could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I had a late flight arriving into Rome, (which was also delayed) and this was no problem at all for the owner. My room had great air conditioning, a big tv, a safe, comfortable bed and a very nice en-suite. Despite being situated right alongside the railway line for Termini, the soundproof windows were great - I didn't here a thing once they were shut. The breakfast was lovely!!! A nice wide selection, including freshly prepared fried eggs by Davide. There is a lift within the building so getting up and down with luggage is also no issue. I walked all around Rome from this hotel, without needing any transport, so I found the location to be great! Around 15/20 minutes by foot to the Colosseum. There's a good variety of restaurants and shops nearby to the hotel as well. I would definitely stay here again when next visiting Rome.

Great B&B! Felt like home!

We stayed at this B&B for 2 nights and the location is about 15 walk from main Termini station in Rome. The B&B only accepts cash and we had been informed about this through our booking made through booking.com. The room was clean and B&B had decent facilities when you compare to the money they charge for the rooms. The breakfast had wide variety of options and was more than filling. The only negative point might be the location which becomes very lonely at night - though we didn't face any problems which walking back from city centre at night.

Value for money B&B

The owner David confirmed us for 2 beds. When that type of room was not available, he said it would be fine for us to cancel our 2nd night without any problem, as he said he could easily sell the room. 

As he only accepts cash, he has now had booking.com charge us for a cancellation fee to our credit card and lied to our credit credit card company, saying that we never showed up. 

Really dishonest!!!'

Tiny rooms. Depressing... And worst of all charging us money that we do not owe.
