Staff really very available, strategic location very close to deadlines i.e. to virtually the whole city, availability of snacks at any time of the day and toilets provided not to mention the favourable price

Amazing staff.

I was very pleased with the availability of the owner (though unfortunately I only had the opportunity to hear it by phone) and also the convenience of the BB...because even for breakfast everything is done autonomously..in the vicinity there are nice restaurants and pizzeria!!

Three days in Rome for the competition!

It seemed to me like a perfect hostel, it's like an apartment with several rooms, you get the key and you can arrive at any time you want, the perfect location, at the feet of the term, I recommend it!!

Perfect and cozy!!

The guesthouse is located in a lovely old building on the first floor. The owner is a wonderful and helpful host making us feel very welcome and at home! The room was basic but comfortable and very clean as well as the outer private bathroom. Both in the room and shared kitchen one can find a generous selection of tea/coffee fruit and snacks. The location is excellent, very near the central train/bus station and attractions at a walking distance.

Great location and excellent hospitality!

I slept here one night. The structure is very cozy and enjoys a convenient location, a three-minute walk from Termini station and the subway. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort (there was also the water boiler and a corner for breakfast in the room). The bathroom was very clean and new, as well as the laundry. The structure is located on the first floor and the windows overlook the street. Although there are anodized windows, at night you could still hear the street noises even though very attenuated. However, overall, even the bed as well, the quality of sleep is good.

Clean and central

I stayed here a few days ago for study purposes. My choice was made mainly because of the proximity to the university (reachable in 10 minutes on foot) and I am satisfied! The room (with outdoor bathroom) was very bright, with beautiful bright colors. The owner is a very cheerful person and in hand. Breakfast and coffee machine are both in a small room and in the room, so everything is available at any time. I will definitely be back!

That's a good choice.

We stayed 2 nights in the blue room, it's very comfortable. Everything is prepared for breakfast, the attention is very good. It's 3 blocks away, the area isn't very nice, but if it's the apartment.

This is so beautiful!

If I were to spend another stay in Rome, I would definitely return there! Exquisite owner, very kind and we didn't miss anything! Surely it won't be a 5-star hotel, but it's definitely a cozy and comfortable b&b.

I would go back!

The owner - Emiliano was so nice and helpful that I have never met such a nice guy. The location - great, next to the central station of the Rome, we visited everything on foot. The room was very clean and well equipped. If I come back to Rome, for sure I will choose this place once more!:) Greetings from Poland!

The best accomodation I have ever been!

January 2017, Family stay in this Guest House. I won't be very innovative on the comments. Emiliano is indeed a very welcoming person who seems to take a real pleasure in receiving us and giving us advice during our stay. The room and bathroom we had were very correct, indeed a little noisy, but we get used to it. Breakfast is very brief but it didn't bother us much more than that. We appreciate the proximity to bus stations, railroads and shuttles to the airport. Advise if you want tranquility and a warm welcome than at the hotel but not if you want a western breakfast. We would return there.
