Excellent location of the B&B, equipped with every comfort, located in a very central position of Rome, close to the most important points of the city, a few minutes by taxi from Termini, a few minutes walk from both Vatican, Navona or Popolo Square and the Pantheon. We were able to walk around Rome always, without ever needing a metro or bus. Located in a mansion, with elevator. I also want to emphasize the kindness of the managers, available and polite already during the telephone reservation, and in the very welcoming and hospitable place. Thanks for everything, we will be back!

A perfect B&B.

Very good. It's near the subway and bus stops. The room was clean and comfortable like the bathroom. Very nice owner. It was possible to store luggage, there's the mini-fridge. Great price. What you didn't like · A tip. In the bathroom between the laundry-toilet floor and the toilet there's a step. It's better to put a warning sign. You risk falling.

I stayed one night in this facility, a clean and comfortable room in an excellent position within walking distance of the Vatican and the Ottavian Metro, an excellent breakfast served in the room at my designated time, the kind and available lady.

A wonderful discovery.

Small room in the d'habitant's house. very well located not even 10 minutes walk from the Vatican parallel street with multiple shops, located on the second floor of a beautiful secure residence, there are two rooms with each its own private bathroom, it's very simple and minimalist but clean, the breakfasts are very copious very good I advise you to take a little of anything sweet salt, served in the room. negative the owner speaks only Italian, and the rooms are very noisy you can hear at night the cars the trucks, the shower makes a lot of noise and we can't put the paper set in the toilets. the location against is very close to everything c'est really very nice, I recommend this place because they are very friendly and I recommend this place very much to the owner, and I recommend this place very much to the owner.

Noisy but well situated

I had booked plenty B&B's. But this one take the cake. It's nothing like the photos on the website. The bed was horrible, the bath while clean was bad. The furniture need to be replaced. 
To be honest I didn't read the part where it stated it was on the second floor of an apartment building and that's my fault. Had I, I wouldn't have booked it. I assumed that the entire building were occupant by guests. Elevator very very small. Too many rules about the toilet , what you can or cannot flush.
The owner however is a very nice friendly  Italian lady that speak no English at all. My sister was ill with the flu and we decided to cut trip short. We had to pay for the entire 5 nights that we booked.I booked the place because the website stated she accept American Express but her machine couldn't process the charge so I ended up using a card that charges a foreign translation fee.
Overall if you want a bare basic place to stay near the Vatican, than you might enjoy this B&B. Otherwise stay away.

worst B&B I ever seen

The B&B is nice, the room is pleasant. The owner was really hospitable. Very good position, as well as the quality price ratio. It allowed me to make an early check-in that was very useful to me, having to go to the Italian Forum. Good and abundant breakfast. You can choose whether to have it taken to the room or make it to the bar, I recommend the first solution. Frigobar with free water and fruit juice available. Very much appreciated the magnet from the refrigerator in tribute. Notable the amount of electrical outlets available. One chickens the slippers and a brush available to the customer. Only bad the bed, definitely too soft. Recommended.

A pleasant stay

It's a bed and breakfast, and given that it's the one you're going through sometimes, the highest grades don't take away from anyone. It's equipped with everything you need (frigerate with drinks, closet with safe, towels, hair dryers, etc., etc.) and above all, it's equipped with a more than decent bathroom.

Wonderful hospitality. Mrs. Teresa is a splendid person. Fabulous bed and breakfast. Fantastic location two steps from the Vatican. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful rooms with artistic and unique atmosphere.

Best Hospitality in the World

Room on 3rd floor.  Lift was retro. The landlady made us fresh breads and cakes with hot coffee every morning.  Very clean and comfy.  Fab room. Dark shutters for afternoon nap. Location was good. round the corner from Vatican. Excellent Roman restaurants nearby not tourist traps.. the real deal. great for people watching.  we met lots of amazing romans and had the best time.

Loved it

Very nice welcome from the very dear Lady Teresa. Unique courtesy. Beautiful rooms. Positive and Spiritual energy two steps from the Vatican. Everything looks in the smallest detail.
