Dirty rooms, bathroom divided by a half wall of cardboard, smell of perennial sewage!!!! In the bathroom even the rats would lower themselves. Attached to the toilet an old trita feces that keeps crushing for half an hour after taking the shower!!! A shame!! Lack of toilet paper. Breakfast at the Chinese bar in front really embarrassing. Even the dirty and full of junk bar. The manager wanted the money from the stay as soon as it arrived. We were naive in giving them our vote without even seeing the room. I hope that this b&b closes quickly! There should not even be such a thing!!! Verg absolute!!! You are crazy!!! Too bad is for this place too.

We booked through booking and on our arrival we realized that the b&b was seized.

Absolutely not

After I left my opinion for this B&B to say little disgusting. the owner or manager I don't know since I never met him (and by the way he didn't even welcome me and asked for my documents to register me), nothing all miserable the most banal thing even the TV only works 2 or 3 channels a ridiculous thing. I had to pay on arrival from the living room instead the owner prepaid through booking the just booked money. I think 1 guy losco since when I left the review sent me 1 email that I attached here insulting me.

I'm running out of beasts.

I booked a double room with an attest bathroom on 21/07/2016, when I arrived at the establishment, they offer me a room without a bathroom. The receptionist told me that I have to share bathroom with other people. When  I didn't  accept his offer and ask him to give me my money back ,  he start insulting me about my origin and keep saying that  people from my country don't  familiar with bathroom so why I don't accept the room. His behavior  shows me how ignorance and stupid he was. I will never recommend this place. Who ever want to make a reservation on this establishment  I would say to them don’t make the same mistake like me.

what a shame

To begin with, the photographs do not correspond to reality at all. We waited an hour and a half for the door to be opened. When we were taken to the room, the world fell apart. A cochambrous, dirty, old, lack of reception room, the bathroom a filth, with plugs in sight and next to the shower, absolute unhealthiness. The dirty mats, the heating did not work. While we were on tour, they entered the room. That same afternoon we went to another hotel and I am still waiting for the money to be returned to me.

A porch is a porch.

We booked a room and when we arrived we found that the room had nothing to do with the photo we had seen, apart from a horrible smell. We had a problem with the drain and they tried to solve it with us inside the room, when they saw that they could not solve it, they switched us to another room worse than the previous one. We had the same problem with the drains (they were connected) again and they tried to fix it with us inside, tying a big follon and not thinking that we had better not be there.

How badly treated and how badly hosted!!

The hotel is close to Termini station. Perhaps the only drawback is that it is hard to find without a map. There is no sign, at the address you will find a typical residential house with many calls to different apartments. It is not clear where to call. We were helped by a street merchant who seems to know the hotel staff. The rooms are good and not expensive. We had a staircase leading to the window. It was comfortable to sit on and it set the atmosphere in general. Likewise, those who rent a room, every morning in the neighboring cafe they pour coffee and serve fresh pastries.

Located two blocks from Rome Termini and in the very center of Rome is a hostel located in an old building with minimal amenities and especially little clarity in the price offered.Privileged place in terms of location, the absence (or invisibility of staff) makes you think that you are alone without help.

Centric and nothing more.

Ideal place if you want drugs, get robbed, love the smell of dirt. Paid breakfast... to find yourself in the Chinese bar next door... standing among the underground. Dirty and wrong rooms... they gave us a room with shared bathroom paid like the one with single bathroom.

Watch out for messy hotels like this. booked through a booking agency, got 39 euros without warning, decided to cancel the booking the same day, called and asked for my money back because I couldn't make it - I was not only refused, but also beaten and scolded in return. So think three times about what you value more than your nerves or your cheap price!
