Attention! I don't recommend to anyone. I had a reservation that was prepaid. The hotel wasn't answering my phone calls and refused to let me into my room! Scandal! The worst hotel in the world! I didn't receive a refund.

Awful experience. Because of the technical problems in the app my reservation was made three months in advance. I didn't notice that thill arrival. Hotel refused to check available rooms or make a refund. Doesn't answer my letters anymore

Triple room is poorly heated, mold on every wall. (we went with a 8 months baby -would not recommend for young children) - see photos

Room is somehow 1,5 m in the ground, and the windows are at the ceiling.

Could not get fresh air in room because when you open the only functional window, you will get food smell all over the room from 3 restaurant kitchens around the place

Outdated bathroom with rust in the shower and  broken lamp

The Manager of the business is a coward, he is putting all the pressure on the housekeeper to deal with unsatisfied clients.
We stayed 7 days, and never been at the B&B once.

Triple room with mold, poorly heated, unfriendly manager.

“The BbQueen is excellently located near Termini Roma, very close to that station, the metro , and within walking distance of some of Rome's attractions ... outside signage is minimal and you need to use the intercom to gain access: facilities are very clean, with a/c, good shower,flat-screen t.v., firm bed ,( pillows are way too soft). Breakfast is basic continental, but includes a good cappuccino. The four- key entry system was a bit trying but necessary. The  lady on duty during our stay was Vivian; she went way, way beyond the call in assisting us (two aging geezers)in with our luggage, and out to the nearby corner to wait for the taxi she had called for us the next morning. Reason being a street market erupts in front of the b&b and blocks the street to traffic. Vivian stayed with us until the taxi arrived,some 15 minutes (Rome's morning traffic is horrendous) making several calls to the taxi itself ... For the inner person, there is a very good restaurant right next door, the Barba blu, which has a good reasonably priced menu. The dinner we had there was delicious! Many mini-markets and other restaurants dot the nearby streets.The BbQueen is well-worth your consideration”

Not regal, but mighty fine ...

We wanted a central location close to Termini where the train,bus,and hop on hop off tour bus was located. This was a small three unit B & B but so close to all the action and many restaurants and laundry and markets all within a few blocks. The street converted to a swap meet type seller's market during the day which had everything you might need at fair prices. Julia made a point to be helpful which was a great relief after a long flight. Would stay again.

Julia was a sweetie-pie who was very helpful and set the tone for our visit

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, but there were too much noice from the street marked outside, and from the backyard outside the rooms.
The way to central sightseeing spots was along streets with much traffic/cars.
