I’ve lived there for a whole year (from Oct. 2017 to Oct. 2018) as a student and I’m super happy I’ve moved out. It was extremely disappointing. 
DON’T LET THEM FOOL YOU, stay away from there! Definetly not worth it. 

Advantages: 
- super close to University
- free shuttle service 
- safe (24/7 security and cctv)
- if you are lucky enough to meet the right roommate and neighbors (I wasn’t), it will feel like home. 
- there is a service for receiving packages, so you won’t have to wait at home for the deliveries. 
- fairly comfortable study rooms

Disadvantages:
- very far away from Rome: to get to Termini central station you have 1 hour of travelling ahead. 
- extremely expensive, they’d make you pay even for breathing if they could. 
- reception staff is VERY rude (but a few exceptions) and impossible to talk to. They also change personnel a lot, so they will easily not know how to manage things as quickly as they should. If you expect them to solve any kind of problem, you’re wrong. 
- mantainance is expensive and slow. 
- laundry is super expensive; also, they won’t clean the washing machines and your clothes will easily stink. 
- the rooms are nice, but they’re small. Also, they’re barely furnished: you won’t even have a pillow, you’ll have to buy everything on your own!
- the kitchen is ridiculously small, not to mention the fridge! And again, not equipped at all. 
- in the winter, there will be a lot of problems with heating and even hot water. The heating won’t even be on when you’d want it to be, or as hot as you’d like it. They’re centralised and with terrible timing. Good luck with that.
- in the hot and long Roman summer, you’ll have to pay €1 extra per day to have the AC. 
- the food served at the “restaurant” is EMBARRASSING. A friend of mine found a snail in his salad, and that has happened more than once. Portions are smalla and quality is awful.  Just avoid it. 
- the buildings are not safe at all. They’re built with terrible quality materials (including the furniture): there are leaks, walls are super thin, metal sheets will fall down from the ceilings of the outer corridors (at your own risk) and no one will fix these things. 
- awful surroundings, you can’t wander around safely outside the campus. 
- if you live near the Play Zone or the new pub, you will have serious difficulties to sleep at night. 
- in the contract, it is specified that you can’t make loud noises after midnight, but this is not respected AT ALL, and when you try to complain, they’ll tell you that it’s just the way it is. 
- the shuttle often skips some scheduled rides without warning, nor providing a subtitute service. 
- if you want to invite someone, they’ll have to be registred and leave a document at the reception for their whole stay. Also, you can have someone over at night only 3 times a month, otherwise you’ll have to pay €10 for every addictional night. 

P.s.: dear staff, don’t even bother to comment below saying that you’re sorry and that “the campus has changed a lot recently”. In fact, it hasn’t.

Year-round feedback

I spent in it six months as a student.
The advantages are: it was totally safe, the cleaning was accepted, shuttle free bus available from it to most of around universities and to metro station.
The disadvantages are: the pricing considered expensive if you will stay for a long time,
the room is furnished but not equipped you need to buy the cooking and food tools, bed sheets,....
for me also the bed wasn't comforting as expected.
and finally the deposit amount not received by cash at the departure time

six months evaluation

Well i have lived there for 2 months.The campus is far away from Rome,you have to take the bus which can take up to 40 minutes to arrive and then another 20 minutes to go to the nearest metro station Anagnina and after that another 15-20 to the centre.Wifi is terrible,you can't play online because it crashes all the time neither download a movie and a lot of websites are blocked.Another disadvantage is the noise insulation which practically does not exists because rooms are made from cheap materials.If you are tall you will find it difficult to sleep in the single bed.And if you are planning to cook at your stay you gonna have to buy cooking equipment because there isn't any.There is also a laundry room which is paid.Also there is no TV.You also have to pay for electricity extra.There is a huge window if you are staying in a double bedroom which makes you visible from the above floors.And all of these things come with a cost of €570 per month with 3 month contract which makes conclude that is very overpriced considering that you can rent an apartment at the area and not having all these issues.Lastly i would like to say that at least it is a secured place to live because i t has 24/7 cctv and security.

Terrible

I lived in CampusX for more than three years. The management has been changed around 2 years ago. Every year the situation in campusX is getting worse. From clean, safe, and respectful place full of international students and dozen of friendly staff to a dirty and humid rooms, no air conditioning, horrible heating system, unusable internet connection with a lot of blocked services i.e. VoIP, download, etc. rude reception staff and management. There is a hidden payment for everything you need, specially if you want to leave. I am feeling sorry to see CampusX at this stage because of such irresponsible management!!
