Our room with large balcony was delightful and the room had easy access via a quaint lift. The room was spacious and elegant with beautiful fittings and a larger than normal fridge and great aircon. A coffee machine and pods were provided which was perfect for first thing in the morning before exploring. The bathroom was large, modern and very clean with nice touches and the linen and towels provided were top notch. The host Francesca understands just enough English to get by but the lovely cleaner understands the language well. There are a myriad of wonderful bars, restaurants and shops nearby and a bus stop right out the front to take you to all the main tourist areas if you want to save your legs or be lazy which we were. This location is very much walkable to the main attractions and Trevi Fountain was a 5 minute stroll away. We loved it here and totally recommend it. We would not hesitate to stay here again

Perfect Stay in Rome

These suites (think VRBO rather than hotel) is 7 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and 8 minute walk to Spanish Steps, with Barberini metro 3 minutes away.

Francesca (owner?) is so very friendly and hospitable. She will meet you at the suite, which is on 4th floor of a beautiful old building, with the greatest elevator.

Room was large and very comfortable for our family (2 kids)

Will not hesitate to stay here on our next Rome adventure.

Great location and great room.

We had a room on the oposite site of via del Tritone and it was very quiet even this hotel is located very centrally. The room was equiped quite nice with a spacious terrace. The heater worked well but unfortunatelly not in the bathroom. The host is very nice but could improve her english. 

Nice room with beautiful terrace

A four-room apartment was divided into three double rooms an a junior suite with shower and toilet. Rooms are clean the terrace is nice. Daily cleaning service, electric kettle, coffee maker (tea bags and coffee capsules available), refrigerator in room. We had one of the rooms in direction of the small side street Via degli Avinonesi which was very quiet. There are a couple of bars and coffee shops surround (if you are satisfied with a typical italian breakfast (coffee and sweets or sandwich). Ten minutes by foot is The Barrel Bar & Grill if you're looking for a good breakfast buffet for unbelievable 7€ ! (see my review). Central location the bus stop is directly in front of the house metro station Barberini is two minutes. A lot of good restaurants within 15 minutes walking distance. Round the corner you find a great shop (Alimentari Antonaci Francesco, Via del Boccaccio) where you can buy delicate bread, food and wine or take a snack (very good homemade sandwiches).

Nice room in central location

In the historical centre and view steps from the underground and big comfortable rooms. The hotel is undergoing renovations and work and the elevators don't stop on every floor. This is ok is you are packing light, and you can also ask the bellboy to help with luggage. The breakfast is average and there is plenty of lobby space, free computers to work from and fast wifi.

Location Location

This was a great place to stay while in Rome. Minutes away from the metro system. Restaurants all around and multiple little food shoppes along the block. The room itself was quite large and a very comfortable bed. The owner was nice and the place was spotless. Nespresso provides with new pods daily.   A bit noisy at night but we were so exhausted each day that we quickly crashed.
