The room was clean, nice equipment. Good quality for the price. The bed was very soft, for us very uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this accomodation to women, as the surrounding is terrible. Especially during the evening and nighr. We were 4 women and we had to ho to the accomodation at 9 pm and this was also too late. Everywhere are weird people and the streets there smells terribly! The owner didn’t speak English. But was not problem. City tax was not included in the price and we had to pay there 3,50€. It was not written anywhere, but it is probably in each hotel there. It is only 2 minutes from Termini station. To the center it is approx. 10 minutes.

Perfect price

Recently visited Rome for a short stay, and didn’t want to spend a lot on accommodation. House 00100 seemed ideal. The first problem we had however was that we couldn’t find the place. After wondering around for half an hour a man phoned my girlfriend, not happy that we hadn’t arrived when we said we would.. we eventually found it after I spoke to the man and asked him to come and fetch us. It’s on the 4th floor of a rather dilapidated flat block and despite what  he told me on the phone, it isn’t sign posted on the building. 

The room wasn’t great. There was a definite layer of dust on the lights, and the bed sheets weren’t clean, for example my pillow had a brown stain on it as if it had been dropped on a dirty floor. The mattress was obviously old as well and gave me and my girlfriend a bad back. 

The bathroom was dated but clean. Something to be mindful of however is the rooms have there own hot water tank which runs out quite quickly.

There are 3 rooms which are directly off the reception area and the walls are really thin, so we could hear every time someone came in and could hear the people in the next room.. especially at night... 

The area isn’t brilliant (but places round train stations never are) but despite everything I felt perfectly safe and after the initial blip the staff  were friendly. I wouldn’t stay here again however, and would spend a bit more on my accommodation!
