I recommend this accommodation, very large, well furnished and great as a location for visiting the capital. It has 5 rooms with a bathroom and shower in each room. Great solution for us that we were two families with three boys, each boy had his own private room 😊 Warm environment. Large and well equipped kitchen, the top if there was a microwave. Paid parking hours in front of the building, difficult but free to find, or not far away is a large paid parking, 20,00 Euro per day. Near the building is any store and many places to eat.

We found ourselves very well starting with the location and proximity to the subway, the kindness of the owner, the cleanliness of the rooms, total independence and the price-quality ratio, I highly recommend it.

This is a great solution.

The very hospitable hostess Laura contacted me a few days before the flight to clarify the time of arrival that was convenient for me. At the meeting she told me everything about the area, gave me a map, advised me how to get to the attractions. The Coliseum is 15 minutes away on foot! 5 minutes from the metro house, many bus stops, cafes, there are markets. The room is exactly the same as in the photo. A very comfortable bed. There are fans in the room, VERY CLEAN! Every day we cleaned. Shower, bathroom - everything is in perfect condition. There is a TV, enough room for things. I really liked it!!! I'll definitely stay here again.

It's a great room.

The convenience of this location is that it is very close to the metro stop A San Giovanni, a convenience not indifferent to be able to reach the various areas of Rome. San Giovanni in Laterano is a few hundred meters away, while the Colosseum is a 10-minute walk away.

A respectable and well-placed B&B

Our experience was much better than I expected! our flight was delayed due to the weather and we arrived in Rome early in the morning without the possibility of public transport or anything. Laura, the hostess, from the beginning was super nice and tried to wait for check-in as much as she could but in the end it was impossible to get there. The next day we waited long before check-in in the morning to leave the room to rest and explain everything! We missed the first night but didn't charge us the fees. Thank you to Laura for her kindness. The room has everything you need: a large bed that is quite comfortable, a small hanger and a sound room where to leave things. We could also have a coffee shop and a teapot but we didn't use them. The bathroom is large and the shower is also small. There are no big problems with the bed. There is no doubt that there was something else that you could do without having to choose from the room, but we can do so much without having to buy a nice room or a nice room.

More than expected to be a B&B.

The subway and tram are not far away and allow easy access to the city centre. However, the rooms are very noisy early (5-6am) because of traffic. There is no satisfactory reception service, or breakfast.

Well situated but disappointing

My cousin and I stayed in this B&B for one night. Clean room, not too big. Soft beds and pillows. Around the bed there are bars that don't always allow watching TV. Clean and large bathroom (especially the shower). Good Wi-Fi. Very special furnishings, all dedicated to the movie from where the B&B takes its name. Inside the room there was also a coffee machine, for which they made us available the salads. Breakfast with convention in a bar next door. Very kind owners. Great location, just a few minutes from the metro area and in full St. John's. If I had the opportunity I'd come back.

A good B&B in the San Juan area

I just happened to be in this fantastic B&B... the clean room, a little bit small, the bathroom with a nice shower and the heated flooring... near the San Juan metro area.

I spent a week in Italy and Rome was my second stop. I came across this place on Airbnb and though it looked nice. Setup was easy, and communication with the host was easy and fast. This is an apartment complex located only a minute or two from the San Giovanni metro station which made it highly convenient. Upon arrival I was greeted by the host's father dressed very formally and with a very warm greeting. He showed me around and got me settled in. The room was beautiful, it was just what I needed. Having my own bathroom was nice too. They provided breakfast, but I had early departures for tours of Rome, so I wasn't able to indulge. They did have snacks put out so that was nice after a long day of sightseeing. Just keep in mind this is a bed and breakfast, not a full service hotel. It's run by a friendly duo and doesn't offer transportation services if you're looking for that. I would absolutely recommend this place for travelers, it was a wonderful place to stay.
